The location was fantastic. The little house was really well equipped and the interior actually nicer than the photos. The two balconies were fantastic. We loved everything.
Nothing. Yes, the stairs are steep and not suitable for anyone with mobility issues but you soon get used to them. Getting large suitcases upstairs could be tricky but a small trade off for everything else that is so lovely in the house.

Clean and comfortable and the views and location made this place. We stayed with my teenage boys. The stairs are steep up to the bedrooms.
The stairs were a little steep and the space savers are a little tricky to get to grips with.

Location is literally on the sea, walking distance to the centre and no stairs at all to climb.
House was clean and tidy, with all kinds of equipment provided (except for toiletries).
Wifi and smart TV were big pluses
Warm water and water pressure were great.
The house is managed by a company located in Rhodes. We were greeted by one grumpy guy in Symi who just walked us to the house and made us feel like he was forced to be there. Not a single question about our stay nor info about the place and what to visit. It is definately value for money, but be prepared that it is like an airbnb without a host available.
Also, the matresses could have been more comfortable and there could have been a selection of pillows. We ended up using the couch pillows because the ones provided were TOO high to sleep.
