地點很好，距鬧區近，民宿主人服務熱情，像我因為有無障礙的需求，通信過程中都有保持連絡，問題都能回答。床睡得舒服，被子也舒服，比飯店的還好睡，然後住宿價不貴，這些都是優點。
本來以為是個完美的一夜，但終究被一個缺點給掃興：缺水！第一次沒水時，屋主有來處理，直說抱歉，但沒多久又第二次缺水，這時已快晚上11點了，屋主叫人扛一大桶水來，意思似乎是這附近缺水，只能將就用。雖然我們洗好澡，但沒水可沖大便，甚至到早上都沒水，而這桶水水質也不太優，逼得我們只能開車到附近的加油站處理用水之事。
真的附近停水嗎？那其他家旅館住客怎麼辦？雖然到退房時，屋主都誠懇地說抱歉，不過停水之事還是壞了遊興，只能早早退房。
這間民宿可以不提供牙刷還是其它備品，但若沒有水，則什麼都不用說，至於是私家抽水馬達的問題或地區的問題，那不是遊客該擔心的事，所以我仍會推薦這家民宿，但不包括缺水時的推薦。
