W okolicy Willa Perełka nie ma przystanku autobusowego. Do Willi można dojechać samochodem lub taksówką, aczkolwiek taksówkarzom dojazd i pod górę i z powrotem sprawiał problem. Od PKP/ PKS do Willi Perełka jest spory kawałek Łóżka niskie i mało komfortowe. Brak mikrofali i odpowiedniej ilości talerzy w aneksie kuchennym. Nie można przyprowadzać gości. Łazienka, mała kliteczka. Za ręcznik dodatkowa opłata w cenie 5 zł, jak ktoś nie ma swojego. W budynku nie było poręczy przy schodach, co jest istotne dla osoby niepełnosprawnej.
