L'appartement est dans une bâtisse de 3 étages à l'architecture extraordinaire, on se croirait à l'époque de Roméo et Juliette avec un grand balcon à colonnade et des peintures imitant les corniches et décor qu'on faisait autrefois et qui sont remarquablement bien faits. Ce bâtiment est d'une grande beauté. Il est situé en plein coeur de la rue piétonne, qui est très sympathique, pleine de restaurants, cafés, pâtisseries, magasins, à 300 mètres de la plage.
Les fenetres sont tres bien insonorisées, aucun bruit dans l'appartement.
On a été très bien reçu par NICOLO qui nous a bien aidés et donné beaucoup de conseils. Tous les restaurants qu'on a essayés ont été vraiment très très bons. Nous reviendrons déjà pour ça.
Peut etre juste un fauteuil de plus dans le salon pour les grandes familles.

The apartment was spacious, beautiful and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The location was fantastic - everything on our doorstep including great bakeries, restaurants, supermarket, a fabulous gelateria. The beach was a 5min walk away, and the train station about 10 minutes away. We loved the balcony.
We could hear the street noise from the bedrooms, though it did not prevent us from having a good night's sleep.
An electric kettle and a table on the balcony would have been handy.

Wyśmienita lokalizacja, blisko promu i stacji kolejowej, plaży, restauracji i sklepów. Apartament duży, przestrzenny, jasny, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Czysta pościel i ręczniki.
Bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny właściciel, który udzielił doskonałych wskazówek dotyczących zwiedzania. Świetny kontakt telefoniczny z właścicielem podczas całego pobytu.

Very central location. Close to the beach and ferry plus shops. Very spacious apartment, comfortable beds lots of hot water. Kitchen well equipped, but would have liked a small kettle for those who drink tea.
An extra comfortable chair in the lounge would also be helpful for more than two people renting the property.
Nicolo very pleasant and helpful.
Because the apartment is in the centre of the town and a pedestrian zone it can be very noisy at night if you want windows open rather than have the aircon on.
