I booked this property at short notice due to a problem with a reservation at a different hotel. Overall, I was very happy with the experience. I really appreciated the coffee and cakes available downstairs, as well as the size and quality of the room. The hotel is located on a quiet street in the center of the old town, which makes it ideal for travelers. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for a city break.
I saw no staff throughout my stay, which I assume was because of summer holidays. Regardless, the level of communication via instant messaging was generally good.
I had issues with the wifi, which was much slower that the "10" rating would suggest. It appears to be 20mbps for the entire property, which makes it difficult to work remotely.
Finally, there was some confusion about the exact price of the tourist tax which had to be left in cash. If all communication is to be by instant msg, the check-in mail should clarify whether the specified rate is per night or the total for the stay.

Gute Lage inmitten der Altstadt. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und komfortabel zudem sauber, was für uns mitunter das Wichtigste ist.
Leider auch ein B&B, welches kein Frühstück anbietet. Dies ist sehr schade und irreführend. Es gibt keinen Parkplatz, weil sich die Unterkunft inmitten der Altstadt befindent, was aber nicht in die Bewertung miteinfloss. Punkteabzug gab es aufgrund der Bezeichnung B&B, obwohl kein Frühstück angeboten wird - es gibt jedoch eine Kaffeemaschine, die rund um die Uhr verfügbar ist, sowie abgepackte Croissants, Madelenes, Muffins und Ähnliches.
Zusätzlich auch wieder kein Mensch da, die Kommunikation lief ausschließlich online.

Ottima la posizione a due passi dal centro ma, lontana dal frastuono cittadino. Capiente la stanza climatizzata, pulita, comodo il letto. Abbondante dotazione prodotti da bagno. Colazione in sala adiacente l'ingresso, presente macchinetta per caffè e thè
