Soprattutto la vicinanza al centro e quindi la comodità di girare a piedi essendo peraltro in zona ztl . La casa ha tutte le comodità indispensabili e la signora Carla è gentile e disponibile.
Sostanzialmente nulla. Si potrebbe dire che l’arredamento è un po’ datato ma comunque funzionale.

Carla en haar man zijn super vriendelijk en gaven ons een warm ontvangst. Het was heel fijn verblijf in een prachtige omgeving! Alles was aanwezig en we hebben het heerlijk gehad!

Die Lage in der Altstadt und die Möglichkeit, das Auto in einer Garage zu parken waren für unsere Zwecke sehr hilfreich. Carla hat unsere Fragen jeweils sofort beantwortet und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Our first, pleasant surprise, was that the Piccola Villa was not so piccola! We had more than enough room for the two of us (and several more, if we'd needed). The accommodation was spotless, the facilities included everything we needed, and the air conditioning was most welcome, during a heatwave. The "nel centro storico" part of the property name was absolutely correct: the location was fantastic. Carla was a brilliant host, anticipating all our needs, providing clear instructions, and adding some local advice. We had a great stay - grazie, Carla.
