About this villa rental
The house is located a few steps from the beautiful beach of Costa Rei. It consists of three rooms: two bedrooms, a a large living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower. Above the living room is a loft with two twin beds or double bed. On the sea front side and there is a large porch with barbecue, table and chairs for 6 people to stay in total relaxation. On the front and on the back there is a private garden with lawn. The house, recently renovated, is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, washing machine, fridge / freezer, microwave, baby bed, outdoor shower with hot water, water pump, water tank, automatic irrigation system, TV / Sat decoder. The car park is leased in the area before the house. The Marina Rei shopping area is 300 meters from the house. You can find restaurants, pizzerias, market, fish shop, delicatessen, pharmacy, hairdresser, craft shops, abigliamento, boutique, jewelry, pastry. The beach in front of the house is free, and at home you can find all the equipment for the beach: beach chairs umbrellas, beach chairs. On the beach they are still present sevices beach with bar and restaurant, diving center.
The house is totally sanitized with an ozonation device before the arrival and after the guests' departure. Ozone is a gas that penetrates every point of the house, wardrobes, mattresses, linens, pantries. Eliminates all microorganisms in 1 hour and removes bad odors. At the end of the treatment, it leaves no trace since after about 20 minutes it is converted back to oxygen. The house is kept free for disinfection at least 24 hours.

Overall we felt like we had a really good stay at Sandro's place, he met us at the property on arrival and showed us around. The apartment had pretty much everything you could possible need and a few extras including beach chairs/a parasol/toys/cupboard essentials etc. They was even washing liquid!
We were 5 minutes walk away to a supermarket which had ll the essentials, next door was a fishmongers and pasta shop. There was a local market at the end of the road on a Thursday and Saturday. A bigger supermarket was 10-15 minutes drive away. There were also a couple of restaurants next to the supermarket but we took the longer walk into the main town itself to eat out.
We found the apartment to be quiet, there was a little building work when we stayed but it wasn't significant and did not really cause a problem. I'd have liked Wifi, but we knew this wasn't available when we booked, and I'd rather know in advance rather than have a really terrible signal which has occurred at other apartments we have booked.
Overall I'd recommend staying here, it would be great for families as it was for couples.
