Situated in Peniche, this attractive house for $196 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. VILLA BOUVIER PENICHE center -villa 6 people 3 bedrooms more possible SURF -SEA VIEWS terraceThe booking is for 6 persons .3 bedrooms and more possible The price include the rental of the villa with two separated rooms with double bed) The third double bed is in a mezzanine with access by an original ladder (preferable to use for children over 5 years ) . In this third room the roof in not very high ; an adult cannot wolk uprignt . it's confortable for children. There is space to play. If you prefer a standard room instead of the mezzanine, this is possible in the studio into the house , but with an additional price ( ask the owner : the Studio is an independent room with a double bed, shower, WC, kitchenette. The studio has access to the entire villa. It is rented only with the villa or is not rented to have the whole house privatized.The whole is closed and privatized . We have two other houses in the same street with private terraces which represents three double beds, and each property has a shower room, an equipped kitchen, WC, etc. This allows you to extend your stay with friends who have their own autonomy. Ask the owners. There is air conditioning in all the villa including the 2 standard bedrooms and the mezzanine bedroom but not in the studio (additional price) which does not need it .The house built on a rock overlooking the sea , is 300 m walk from the center and the fortress The designer house with two large terraces overlooking the sea, has no view of the neighbors.. The whole is authentic and atypical. .There is a beach two hundred meters from the house walk away. The other beaches are near the house ( 5 minutes by car ) Your hostess is Portuguese and she lives in Peniche and speaks french. The rental is "no smoking " no pets. Towels and bed linen, toilet paper are provided Thank you for bringing your beach towels. There are a coffee machine Nespresso (capsules can be bought at the supermarket Continent or Intermarché Lidl , Aldi in Peniche.) Enjoy your stay

We had a wonderful time staying at the Bouvier property in Peniche. The location is perfect as restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Odete the on site manager met us and showed us around the apartment and made the check in and check out very easy for us. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking equipment and a Nespresso coffee maker. The rooftop deck is as magical as it looks in the photos.

Very welcoming , helpful host. Very easy to communicate with. The property was beautiful , clean and private. In a great area with walking distance to many great stores , restaurants cafe and beaches. Would absolutely stay again.

This house is amazing! Wonderful for our family of 4. Had everything we could possibly need. Odette who met us is truly exceptional. Leaving us juice and fresh bread and cheese because it was too late to find something to eat. The owners were responsive and prompt with their communication and made things very simple. Peniche served as a "home base" for us to take day trips to places such as Sintra, Porto, Obidios and the Balengeal Archipelago. We were fortunate and grateful to have the cooler temperatures given that so much of Portugal was under a heat wave. We wished our week had a little more sun, but overcast skies provided cooler weather. If you are considering this property, I might ask the owners if they know the "schedule" of festivals. Because the house is so centrally located we arrived to the first night of a festival that played loud music/DJ until at least midnight with flashing lights from the carnival rides. We asked Odette and one of the food vendors and they said it would remain there for the month. I gather the locals who live nearby weren't exactly pleased as well to have this all month. It was great for a couple of nights to have authentic Portuguese food from food vendors and plenty of dessert opportunities. But our week was not the calm and tranquil week we had expected in Peniche. We are very happy to have visited this part of Portugal. Thank you!

Loved this place. Very spacious- bedrooms on the lower floor including a mezzanine area which the kids lived. Living/dining room/kitchen upstairs with lovely natural light leading out on to the roof terraces. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of goodies in the fridge awaiting us. Neighbourhood lovely too - quiet local area, right by the coast and very convenient to get around to the rest of Peniche either on foot or in the car. Communication with hosts very smooth and supportive

What a wonderful house. From the rooftop-terrasses we could see the sea and the Fortaleza, which is worth to be visited. The house and the interior is very stylish, we liked it a lot. Julia from the neighborhood gave us the key and showed us everything. There are wonderful beaches - Supertubos and the beach in Baleal.

This housing surpassed all expectations. The pictures of this place are already good, but in real it is much better ;-) Behind the typical portuguese housefront you enter a calm, smart and modern architecture with plenty of space and a lot of lovely details. Everything was as it appears. Lovely setting in a very fun neighborhood of young and old. We loved the villa, but know if you like wine cling to the walls. We are in are late fifties and traveled with our two sons 25 and 18 and a girlfriend 18. Lisbon airport easy and the roads are great. We are into the surf and the fish. My younger son and gf took a very cheap flight to Madrid while we were there to visit an exchange student they met in high school. All was lovely and decorated for the holidays-for us. Thank You so much Beatrice et Julia. I would return tomorrow if I could! Victoria et Paul.

A real gem. Perfect location, quiet, yet just a short walk down into town. Such a relaxing stay, the house was beautiful, really clean and extremely well equipped. The roof terrace, was an added bonus with great views across the town. The owners, Marie Claire and Bernard were really helpful and a total pleasure to meet with them. We will definitely be returning.....

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The house has been tastefully redesigned and the two terraces on top are peaceful and provide good views - we dined there regularly at the covered table. The local restaurants and town centre are within a short walk while in the other direction there is a nice coastal walk of about 3km or so to the lighthouse. Although the waves are a little strong for swimming out to sea, Peniche is a top surfing location and you can have great fun at the beaches. We were able to visit Lisbon, Sintra, Obidos, Nazaré & Ericeira easily from here as there is good motorway access. We even drove up to the Sierra Lousa mountains for a hike.Marie-Clare and her family were very friendly hosts. They ensured that we were made welcome and that we had all we needed for a memorable stay. It was absolutely 5 stars!"
