About this house rental
This architect house is located at the bottom of the port of Argenton Landunvez she overlooks. It benefits, by its large picture windows, of an exceptional view on the port and the movements of the tide. The beaches are nearby, the Rochard beach is 100 meters walk, a safe path for children. Other white sand beaches are easily accessible and to choose according to the orientation of the wind. The beach of Penfoul (famous surf spot) is 1500 m.
Its capacity is 6 people (4 adults and 2 children) which can be increased to 8 (4 adults and 4 children).
Its area is 117 square meters on 2 levels.
She understands:
Ground floor high:
- Open kitchen with single-hole sink, induction hob, fridge with freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, Tassimo and Nespresso coffee machines, toaster, food processor, egg beater, dishes and equipment complete for cooking.
- Dining room with large windows overlooking the garden, balcony and overlooking the harbor. The living room is equipped with a 2 seater sofa, 2 cabriolet armchairs, coffee tables, pellet stove insert (pellets at your disposal). The dining area is composed of a table (with 2 extensions) and 6 chairs (child chairs, booster seats on request). The dishes are placed under the work plan of the kitchen. A built-in cupboard, in the entrance, allows to store coats, jackets and boots.

- Master bedroom with window open to the garden, south facing, equipped with a bed 160x200, 2 closets, an armchair.
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and cabinet with 2 drawers, radiator (electric towel rail), hair dryer.

- Child bedroom with west facing window with 2 pull-out beds (90x200), dresser, bookcase with children's books.
- Room with window, facing north, with 2 beds 90x200, juxtaposable, bedside tables, large fitted wardrobes, armchair toad
- Game room television with flat screen television (reception by orange decoder), sofa 3 places, sofa Togo 1 place, secretary of donkey, access to the garden and seaside by sliding window.
- Bathroom with bath and shower, sink one basin and cabinet with 2 drawers. Radiator (electric dryer). Washing machine. Dryer.

Francois and Ann were the perfect hosts and their immaculate, well maintained property is truly exceptional. The view over the harbour at Argenton is stunning and we had to tear ourselves away at times to visit other areas of the Breton coast. The property is literally at the water's edge and is set in delightful gardens. Inside, the facilities could not be bettered; a choice of coffee machines within a fully functional and well appointed kitchen area. The well furnished sitting area has uninterrupted views of the sea and surrounding coastal area as does the outside balcony and seating area. The main bedroom was very quiet and comfortable. My wife took advantage of the nearby sandy beach and swam there several times. Despite assurances ‘that it is very refreshing and good for you,’ I declined the offer to join her! Needless to say we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at the “Observatoire des marees” and we plan to return in the not too distant future. I would highly recommend a visit here.

The property is exactly as described and the view is amazing. It is less than 300m from a boulangerie and tabac for fetching your morning pastries and paper on foot. The beds were very comfortable and there was a washer and dryer for our use. The kitchen was well stocked, there was a microwave, coffee machine and freezer in addition to all the usual amenities. Would happily book again.

... with a great view of the harbour, the offshore islands and the beautiful garden of Anne and Francois. The house is modern, bright, nicely laid out, tastefully furnished and absolutely clean. Nothing is missing in the kitchen to cook even more elaborate meals. The hosts are friendly, helpful and obliging. It was a wonderful stay.
