Nestled in Dubai, this lovely condo for $639 per night is a great choice for your next trip. I think you know you're watching for the most beautiful Penthouse in Dubai .... Compliments! This penthouse is really the best famous penthouse in Dubai, last December 2017 has been booked by Cristiano Rinaldo family and we have many V. I.P. clients such as actors, directors, F1 drivers etc ... so, we have to filter the request and accept only reliable guest. As you can imagine it is not a cheap property, if you are looking for cheap one we have other smaller but nice apartments in the area. About this Penthouse, we actually do not have any competitors in Dubai, this is really the best huge private penthouse of the entire Dubai Marina and JBR, which are indisputably the most prestigious and sought after tourist areas. (If you do not know Dubai, pay close attention to other cheaper areas but that are terrible) I assure you that you cannot find a Penthouse same in 500 km of coastline, Only the terrace of the Hilton Jbr Pure club is comparable, has a large terrace like ours, but not with a private pool like here and has very expensive cost- but only for some hours booking ... We have the entire floor in JBR Rimal 5, so 2 penthouses for 650 sqm each, means 1300 MQ! (14,000 sqtf) and booking both units can accommodate up to 34-36 people ... I know, this penthouse really is the best property you can choose, we can accept Airbnb up to 16 people, but we have beds for 18-20 people in each Penthouse, meaning we can get to 40 guests, but having other apartments we could accommodate up 150-160 people in the same tourist complex. Important things that we have to clarify (it is possible to use the apartment only for the regularly booked persons) it is impossible and illegal to let more people stay there than those declared. I say this because we receive dozens of fake reqeust for one person (low price) when the customers are 8-10-12 or more .... Please consider this important rule. The second important thing: We receive 50-100 requests a month for parties or celebrations, the terrace with swimming pool is perfect for this. But we give permission for parties only after having clarified the request well and accept only non-risky parties, not noisy and not in contrast with the community rules. Please note: any parties with invitations from external people have a separate cost (over the night stay) and must be previously authorized and quotation accepted. We are obliged to send these 2 important news because after some customers have had problems (even serious) to make unauthorized parties, we want to avoid other situations of unease for all You can search on the web video info and reviews to better understand what we are talking about ...: search it: "Dubaiselfcatering amazing penthouse with private terrace pool". I plan an annual retreat and this year I decided to take it to Dubai. Planning an event of this magnitude came with a lot but Alessandro and Hla made the process such a smooth and amazing process. From their intention to detail in the planning process, how they helped me book excursions for a group of 12 and helped me grocery shop and deliver food for everyone. The penthouse was so so nice. With the breath taking views, large and comfy beds to the amazing pool that assisted us with combating the very warm days. Thank you so much I could keep on going with just how amazing my stay was at the penthouse

Photos are not what they seem How’s the place was an absolute disgrace. Exposed wiring very dated in the worst place or stayed in my whole life and I travel a fair bit. The host has posted nothing but lies about this place

Can’t say enough about the property, the management and the cleaning crew. It truly felt like vacationing at the Burj al Arab or the Armani Hotel. However, better suited for the comfort of a large family wants and needs. I will missed the views from the pool side balconies. Looking forward to our return next year.

Alessandro is a great host who cares about his properties and clients. The penthouses in JBR are some of the nicest apartments I have ever seen with incredible views too. The location is perfect, under 1-minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The maid was on hand to help but was never seen unless asked for, she gave us full privacy. I can guarantee if you are a big booking, you will never find a place as good as this for a large number of people. 100% would recommend to anyone and everyone

First of all I would like to thank Alessandro for his preciuos tips to live Dubai. What about the apartment was super clean and well arranged. The are all necessary things for your stay. The view from the terrace is just unbelievable we spent some nights to see all the city lights. The pool is amazing!! Near the beach and restaurants and shops. Would definitely come back. The apartment is in the perfect location, just in front the beach and the Beach Mall, in the heart of Dubai. We were 4 families and we took the whole Penthouse. The sea view from the terrace is Amazing, we spent very nice moments at the sunset and children enjoy very much the pool. Ms La is so nice, helpful and friendly. This penthouse is clean, modern and with all the essential amenities. As you see in the photos. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here at any time.
