A full size refrigerator deep freezer, wine/beverage cooler in a side bar and mini-fride on the deck keep your beverages cold on a hot day. A full size laundry room is available. The 30-ft long waterfront deck offers unobstructed main channel view. Large master offers walk-in closet and walk-in double shower. Complex - Tennis Court and 3 pools, 2 heated. Watercraft and pwc slips. Great fishing from the docks. 2 Fish cleaning stations. By water you are next to Marine Max at the 17 mm, and 1 mile to Backwater Jacks and Evergreen cove. By land you are less than 1.5 miles to Grocery/Target and Osage Beach chain and local restaurants and shopping. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, flatware, and cooking items. Large gas grill and additional deck seating under 3 ceiling fans. Outdoor TV and sound system. Enjoy the new high end single serve and full pot coffee maker in the separate coffee and beverage bar off from the kitchen. Baths have been updated with new designer faucets. Sheets and towels are provided and there is a washer and a dryer in the unit. Cable TV. Rates - Summer rates are from $240 per night (Monday - Thursday) and $399 per night (Friday - Sunday) with a 3-night minimum. A 2-night stay is negotiable for an increased cleaning fee. We have been coming to LOTO as a group for the past few years. The place we normally stay was was unavailable and this is the first time staying here. This place was wonderful! One of the best views on the Lake! The place was spectacular and Jerry was a wonderful host and very accessible. Would love to come back again.

We had never visited the Lake of the Ozarks and stayed in this condo. It is nicely furnished with all of the things needed to make your time more enjoyable. It has an amazing view of the lake and was very comfortable. There are many fun family activities in this area and the location of this condo is perfect to enjoy all of them.

The property was exactly as advertised--no surprises! The owner of the property was VERY responsive. We had to contact him a few times the day we checked in, and he answered within minutes. He even came to the property and addressed our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Found this amazing property that is Very clean and comfortable! The views from everywhere in this Condo are breathtaking! Our host Jerry was top of the line, he was available for any questions or concerns! We had an excellent stay at Jerry's place. He was an excellent host who checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. So often in the Ozarks it is so difficult to find a place that has easy access to the property.. which is challenging for some of our older guests. This is literally no steps.. and just 10 feet away from the assigned parking spot. It could not have worked out better. The deck is a great place to hang with a beautiful view and lots of seating.

Great location close to every thing you would need. Me and my guys stay here when we have to work on out of town job. It’s just like staying at home, comfortable easy access and has everything you need to make a week. All we do is buy food and snacks for the week and everything else is here. Property manager is great and checking up making sure everything good. Will stay again and again as long as it not booked.

This property is as described. We have stayed at several VRBOS at the lake and by far the best. Centrally located easy to find an near all Restaurants, shopping, and golfing. We do not have a boat but I know there is a slip available. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Had a wonderful time at this condo. It or lakeside with a perfect view of the water. Great condo for a large size group. Space on the porch for everyone. Amenities include pools, two refrigerators, towels, big grill. I stayed here on the fourth and the fireworks were just a quarter of a mile away. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Views from property are wonderful! Lots of room, well stocked and great responsiveness by property owner. Beautiful sunsets! Condo is well cared for and layed out. Patio is super nice but can get warm in evenings. Only reason I gave 4 for location is there isn't a large boardwalk or walking path for getting exercise without steep walk up hill. That's the tradeoff for great views though. Property was exactly as the photos and descriptions provided on VRBO. We had 3 sets of adults stay and loved having the 3 bedrooms and 3 baths.

This is a nice property with a really nice setup for guests. We had everything and more than we needed. We brought our boats (jerry was able to get us boat slips-thank you!) and we played, fished and ate on the water everyday, then stopped by the pool on our way back to the unit. We had an excellent time. I want to mention, we did not see any snakes or alligators like we had read about being there, and all the local folks laughed at us when we asked about them! We would definitely stay here again.
