About this house rental
Location, location, location is for the lucky guest who gets to enjoy this well maintained, 3 bedroom, 3 bath cottage located only 3 blocks from the resort and 2 blocks from the beach. Cottage 329 has a large cathedral ceiling living area that adjoins the dining room and kitchen, making it ideal for family gatherings. There is a small sitting area off of the main living areas that is ideal for curling up with a beach novel. The nicely landscaped front and back yard offers an excellent place for children to play. Everything you need to have a fabulous beach vacation is located right here!
St Simons Island, Sea Island, and Georgia’s Golden Isles are rich in history, relaxed charm, and natural beauty, making it the perfect spot for Georgia vacations. Cottage 329 is surrounded by countless recreational activities, historic sites, shopping, and attractions that offer something for everyone. Enjoy the day at the beach, on the water, or visiting the historic St Simons Island Lighthouse, Christ Church, and Fort Frederica. After taking advantage of the abundance of outdoor activities, explore the area’s numerous unique shops and art galleries.

The house was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. It is just minutes from the pristine beaches. Plenty to do in the nearby town. Loved it!

Our family of 5 thought the house was spacious and conveniently located to all of the things the resort had to offer (however, not included with this property).We’d recommend the property again. Easy communication.

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

The best thing about this house is that its location is on 7th street and close to all the Cloister amenities. Although the property is well maintained and good size, it is poorly designed and has not been updated in decades. I'm pretty sure it still has the original bedspreads,curtains, and rugs from the 1970s. The large great room (the biggest room in the house has no tv in it and a chair that literally has no legs) the only place to hang out and watch tv or relax, especially with kids, is in a tiny area behind the kitchen. And the tv in the armoire in the master bedroom is so far off to one side you can't see it either. I would not rent this house again due to poor interior layout and lack of upgrades for even the minimum modern upgrades.
