I like the location because it is close to the mall and with easy access to get a transportation to take you to the mall. I like the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff are very welcoming and helpful and communicates well. It was a pleasant experience staying at B&J guesthouse..
Nothing except that they don't accept credit card for payment. Everything has to be paid in cash. Also, I wish they can provide a hair dryer..

The receptionist was lovely and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable.
It’s a good distance if you are coming/going to the port.
We were woken up from 4:30 am onwards, as the breakfast area/bar area is right outside the rooms, the walls are paper thin so you can hear every thing.
The breakfast comes in clingfilm and is stone cold.
Also breakfast stops at 7:30am so is quite restrictive if you have a late ferry the night before and need some sleep.
