Super angenehmer Aufenthalt und tolle Zimmer

Die Zimmer waren echt toll eingerichtet und super sauber. Die Managerin war super nett und zuvorkommend und hat uns bei all unseren Belangen geholfen. Sehr nettes Personal und ich habe mich echt wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist auch sehr sehr gut und man erreicht alles zu Fuß

Very nice apartment near the city centre. But some requirements for guests a little bit weird

Nice and cozy apartment near the centre of the city. Rather clean and comfortable. Very pleasant location and friendly staff. We were arriving late and the staff kindly provided an instructions for self check-in, it was very convenient

They ask guests to throw the rubbish from the apartment into the bins in the street before departure. And to clean the kitchen area - to do the dishes and so on. Otherwise they will take an extra fee of £50. It’s ok, but in such case I expect an extremely clean apartment. I mean if you want your guests to do some extra things, like extra cleaning, you have to provide 100% clean apartment. But it’s not. It’s clean enough, but normally clean, nothing special. There was some rust in the bathroom, some stains in the walls, dust and dirt in the baseboards. So why do we have to do extra things in case we don’t have an extra clean apartment? Also you have to keep in mind that the door on the 0 floor is opening automatically. And you can’t stand or put some bags near its sensors, otherwise the door will not open. It would be nice to write some information about it somewhere on the walls in case your guests got stuck on the 0 floor at night. Also it would be nice to provide some instructions how to sort the rubbish in case you ask your guests to do so.

Zbyt głośno na dłuższy wypoczynek.

Pomocny personel w recepcji. Poprowadzono mnie do parkingu a potem przywieziono do hotelu. Psy akceptowane ale dodatkowo płatne. Blisko do centrum.

Brak informacji, że obiekt jest przy ruchliwej ulicy. Od 6.00 duży ruch, słaba izolacja przed hałasem. Parking daleko od hotelu płatny. Dojazd wąskimi uliczkami. Pralka w apartamencie ale bez żadnych preparatów do prania. Kawa wyliczona.

Sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer

Die Residenza hat eine super Lage, es sind nur ein paar Schritte zum Dom und sehr nah zur Fußgängerzone und der Innenstadt. Die Zimmer sind sehr individuell und schön eingerichtet, alles ist sehr sauber. Silvia, die uns empfangen hat und das Zimmer gezeigt hat, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

In unserem Appartement war das Klappbett sehr hart und unbequem. Das Problem wird zum Glück für zukünftige Gäste behoben, da bereits neue Matratzen für die Klappbetten bestellt waren und in diesen Tagen erwartet wurden. Ansonsten war alles perfekt.

AMAZING

This place was simply amazing. In all my years of traveling I have never had a better host than Silvi. She was so helpful and nice, Genuinely cared about my family and went out of her way to help organize multiple private cars for us. The apartment is in a great location with beautiful bars and restaurants around it. Apartment was so comfortable, clean and had everything we needed, made us feel at home. My two boys were also so happy being able to pat the very cute lucky every day.

A must stay when visiting Verona!

Well situated property in beautiful area of Verona. Walkable to all important historic sights. Apartment was clean well appointed and perfect for travelling with family of four. Had elevator which helped us as were were travelling with an older adult. Beds extremely comfortable. Apartment was very modern but kept the old world charm. Property has dinning suggestions that are spot on and close! Arrived in car and was assisted to parking garage after dropping luggage at property. Hosts friendly and very accommodating.

Memorable family holiday in Verona

Location in the old town of Verona. The decor and style of the residence and room beautiful, e.g. retro Smeg appliances.The kitchen fully equipped with e.g. espresso machine, dishwasher and washing machine. Friendly staff, e.g. room was ready upon arrival since was asked by the manager to inform her the estimated arrival time beforehand.

Sofa bed for kids took a lot of space from living room/open kitchen. Shower leaked water underneath the shower door, so floor dryer would have been useful.

This is where we will always stay in Verona ! A centrally located stylish apartment. Well-equipped. Spotlessly clean. Plenty of space for 2-3 people. A warm welcome from the host who was very friendly and helpful. I hope to return soon !

Well located stay in Verona.

Kitchenette allowed us to prepare our own breakfasts. Room was large and well appointed. Hostess was obliging, taking us to our car park on arrival and departure.

The fold-down bed was too firm, we expected a comfortable mattress and base.

Fantastic place to stay in Verona.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 days. This place is impressive and Sylvia is attentive and friendly. We loved everything: the location of the hotel, the charm of the inside court, the room itself with its stylish decor, the large and beautiful bathroom, and the noise-proof windows that gave on the inside court on one side and on the street on the other side. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped and we borrowed the hotel bikes for one day. It was a great stay.

Nothing! I'd go right back tomorrow if I could.

Perfect stay in Verona!

Everything was perfect! The building is extremely beautiful, the room was very cozy, over all a great attention to details in every aspect of the design and also the cleaning and services. Silvia is a great host, helped us with tips about where to find good food or what to must see. The property is close to Verona center but also in a very quite street.

A really pleasent and quiet stay in a beautiful apart

The first thing I noticed is the beautiful renovation done in the building. The old painted wooden ceiling and the stone walls are preserved beautifully and the new finishes and furniture are tasteful and complement very well the old features of the building. The attention to detail is something I appreciated as well. The kitchen is well equipped with modern and quality items. The bathroom was spacious and lacked nothing. A lot of lightning options in the apartment. The apartment was clean and very quiet. I couldn't hear a single neighbour. The street on which the building is located is a quiet street as well(just some cars passing) but yet very close to the centre. The communication with the host was smooth, relaxed and helpful.

Everything about this property is perfection. We booked two apartments for our family group of 10. Silvia went over and above to help us many times when we needed assistance. The apartments are clean, stylish, well equipped and an easy walk to all the beautiful attractions Verona has to offer. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! It is superb!
