Great location and nice apartment

Great location. Great apartment for a stay in Nice close to Promenade des Anglais and lots of restaurant/bars (but also quiet).

It’s not a huge apartment but would be fine for two couples or family.

Very good

Very good location both to Promenade d'anglais and to shopping streets. Nice dining and kitchen area. Very nice and helpful staff, they were quick at replying when we had questions.

The floors were a bit dirty when walking inside with only socks on. The balcony was also a bit dirty and we were missing a table so we couldn't sit outside (the pictures showed that there was a table available). We couldn't find any cutting board in the kitchen. There was not that much hot water when taking a shower, only lasted for 1 person.

Trip was planned as a 60th birthday celebration, and it was even better than expected!

Excellent location, good base for exploring Nice and the coast using public transport.

No dishwasher or cleaning supplies. We had to buy our own in order to comply with the 'please make sure the kitchen is clean and crockery etc washed up before you return the keys' requests. But we will know next time!!

The location was very good, right next to Promenade.

The apartment was impossible to find and spent 2 hours in the middle of the night trying to find it with no help from the agency.

perfect for a short stay

excellent location. perfect for two friends as it had two bedrooms. simply furnished.

a little gloomy as there was not a lot of natural light. very noisy bar that stayed open very late

you get what you pay for

the location was great and the price. Staff was nice and responded quickly.

it wasn’t clean. When we got there the floor was dirty, the shower had mold on it and so did the shower curtain. The bathtub also wasn’t clean. I also didn’t like the fact that we had to go pick up and drop off the keys at a separate location and wasn’t made aware of it until the day of arrival.

Exceptional

The location was superb, close to everything and directly opposite to the beach. It was spacious and clean. The staff was extremely helpful.

good amount of space, decent location, more vigilance with cleaning and annoying you’ve to collect the keys from another

there was sufficient space as it was a group. the use of the kitchen was good

coffee machine but no pods.. dirty towels left on kitchen chair- cleaner obviously forgot to collect. very little toilet paper. have to walk for a while to go to the office and collect the keys and then to find the apartment- not ideal when carrying bags

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! The pictures are nothing like in real life!

The property was super dirty, the smell was awful, we had to open the windows right away. Worst apartment I have ever seen. We went back to the agency where we got the keys and they saw the pictures that we took and didn't want to give our money back. After begging and showing them pictures and calling the manager they offered us another apartment (Terrace Zen five star holiday house). It was bigger, but still super dirty and old. One of the toilets didn't work, the door handle fell off, the terrace door was not working, we had to push a small table in front to close it. If I google this property the pictures must be like 10 years old, noting like in real life. I'm not kidding, worst experience!!!!!!!!!! We paid over 700 euro for the apartment and 250 euro deposit for four days! AND I also contacted booking's customer service and sent them pictures and they replied with an automatic message that they will contact me... I'm still waiting and looking for a compensation.

Very accommodating staff and convenience locations

Very good place to stay, easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😊👍🏻 We will definitely be back in this place for our next summer vacation.

A bit crowded in the area but we don’t mind We still love the vibes.

Nice apartment perfectly located

Really nice look and clean apartment. Has two medium / small bedrooms with some confy double beds. The apartnet is located 1 block from promenada de anglais, 2 min a way from a payed parkinglot, and close to restaurantes and bars .... so the locaitons is great

picking up the keys was a bit difficult since the person at the office was late

Good location.

1) Almost 2 days - there was no internet in the appartment because it was not paid on time. 2) A lot of dust on the floor, where the wires are, in the corners. The balcony is a bit dirty. The floor was not washed. 3)There is coffee and a coffee machine (which is great overall), but no coffee cups. 4)There is no cutting board to cut vegetables, bread, and food. Inconvenient. 5)The kitchen hood does not work. 6)there is no air conditioning in sleeping room. 7)The electric stove didn't work, but I found an electronic instrument panel and managed to turn it on (I'm not sure that every woman would be able to do this, for example).
