Very good

Very friendly owner who was flexible and changed our booking dates - thanks! WiFi works quite well and the hotel is near the beach

In October most shops and restaurants in the area are already closed and you need to take a bus to go to Çesme or Alaçati

Superb

Staff in Destina hotel is very polite. They help you everything what you need. There is a nice pool, where childen can play anytime. Hotel is small but everywhere and everything are pretty. My room for family 4 people is big and comfortable. The hotel is very close to the beach, only 3 minutes walking to seaside.

It's really close to the beach. The beach nearby is very nice and sandy. Location is also close to many restaurants and markets. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Stay Here!!!

Every single factor! Great Location Exceptional place 30 meters to the Aegean Sea I want to get back ! Much better than Izmir! Very big Breakfast! Walking Reception 🤣🤣🤣 Great and friendly staff as well as clean rooms. City Center 30 meters to Fruits shop, 200meters to Macro Center and MMM Migros markets and a lot of restaurants on the seaside as you walk by maybe 500-600 meters.Oh also there’s a nice swimming pool and a garden with background music in the afternoon and sofas! Great view from the roof(3 floor)

A really nice holiday for us

I really liked the staff and the way they communicate. The owners are intelligent and they do speak good English, which is essential for a foreigner in Turkey, plus they are very nice people . We loved the location , it is close to the beach and different restaurants and shops, but I must say the beach was dirty /this problem has nothing to do with the hotel of course/ We had some requirements and the owners quickly agreed and did maximum to make us feel welcome. That is one of the reason I would rate the hotel as high as I did. The breakfast was very nice, someone even asked us during our stay , whether we would recommend something, as far as the food goes. Everything was clean. I enjoyed the garden even though it is not very large. There is a pool if someone cares, although most people prefer sea water obviously, it is cool to have a pool in the yard anyway, The town ILICA is a nice place to feel the Turkish atmosphere and try Turkish food. THE MAIN PLUS HERE IS THE STAFF !

I would say it might be reasonable to maybe consider some interior improvements / furniture renovation. Anyway, some people opt for designer decisions in the rooms, so they look more "authentic" or "old-school " I must say I did like the old wardrobe, in terms of antique value I mean.

perfect boutique hotel on Ilica Beach.

2 minute walk to the beach. All facilities great - everything spotless, beautiful grounds, great Wi-Fi, showers/bathroom and breakfast. Helpful staff. It's not a luxurious resort but it's a great boutique hotel near the beach.

The bath was dirty with marks all around the bath, the breakfast was below average, the staff didn’t help they didn’t speak English. I had to ask to get my room clean after 3 nights . It wasn’t worth having breakfast there . The garden was nice , then you have to share your breakfast with the dog , it’s okay if you like dogs if not you don’t have a choice . There was no dialogue with staff no infos about where or how to get to places . Basically it’s not good enough if you have a hôtel you must have some skills to guide your customers so they can appreciate the experience. The pool was dirty . Leaves all over the pool the balcony table was filthy . Lights bulb missing all over the rooms . Looks like they’ve had enough already . I’m sorry it’s was s as disaster staying there .

Perfect for a relaxed holiday by the beach

Nice, clean room with a small balcony. Friendly and helpful staff and owner. The territory is also clean and cute with a small pool. A quiet place to relax and enjoy the last days of summer. Right next to a small, clean beach with clear water, no waves and friendly management. 35-40 min walking distance from Alaçatı.

Summer house feeling

What we loved most about it was the summer house feeling we had. A great garden, a room right there, on the garden, and all extremely close to a wonderful beach. The staff were very warm and always willing to help out.

The only thing they can improve as far as we were concerned was the dinner. But there are very good restaurants nearby so that’s not much of an issue either.

Delightful small hotel ideally situated.

It was just what we wanted for a quiet week by the beach which is just two minutes walk away. Staff were lovely, the hotel is clean and bright. There are a number of reasonably good restaurants within ten minutes walk.

Some more storage space in the room, and a kettle would have been welcome.
