Overpriced as basic needs not met.

Proximity to the sea. Good air conditioning. Good washing machine and dishwasher. Good towels. Good sized apartment.

Worn out mattress. Dirty floors. No glasses or cups. Needed to drive into town to collect keys. Bedroom furniture left no room for suitcase. Wardrobe should be removed.

The location was perfect. Close to the center. Close to the autostrada and just 10 min from Polignano The kitchen and washroom was in perfect working condition. That is not always the case.

The living couch

Apartment is fine, has enough space, but I don't think I'd stay there again.

Takes about 25mins to walk to old town and there is unreserved street parking available. There is a delicious chicken rotisserie place about 1 block away. Upon request they did bring another pillow on my 2nd night and replaced 2 new wine glasses, coffee mug and knife. Outside balcony is nice and big - great to sit outside in summer.

The location is within walking distance but it is not as close to the old historic town as I understood from description. The keys were not in the drop box as arranged, we had to drive around and wait for them to be put there. The bathroom sink tap leaked. Coffee machine is Italian Moka pot which leaked, not a 'nespresso' type machine. The 1 cheap knife broke the 1st time I used it to cut cheese.The pillows were barely pillows, I had to fold up my towel to make it more than an inch thick to fit under my head. There were broken glasses & mugs in the cupboard. No bottle opener. We ran out of toilet paper. No ice trays to make ice. Shops are not anywhere nearby. Trash/recycling weekly cycle is a nightmare.

Was close to the Monopoli town. Walking distance, quiet and easy to get to

The hot tub was not cleaned or usable even though it stated that it would be

La posizione dal mare pessima poiché il mare che c'era alle spalle della struttura era tutto recintato visto che c'era il divieto di balneazione...dalle foto sembrava un paradiso ma dal vivo era tutt'altro, degrado assoluto,ho dovuto cambiare zona per andare al mare
