Loved the location right on the beach (one of the best swim spots on the island), the sea views from the balcony, and the hosts were so sweet and welcoming. Though a bit rustic, the place was exceptionally clean. Also very spacious, a lot bigger than it looks in the photos.
The single bed mattress was quite uncomfortable and a few things didn’t work - the fridge and stove had no power, the plug in the sink in the bathroom is broken so couldn’t drain. To be fair, we didn’t alert the hosts so the fridge/stove may have been an easy fix, can’t fault them for that.

La signora maria vale il soggiorno!una nonnina gentile che parla praticamente solo greco e che gestisce l'alimentari sotto dove c'è tutto lo stretto necessario.la camera piccola e vintage ma sempre pulita e con la biancheria che profuma di pulito!baia lontano da tutto ma tranquilla al mattino e la sera da poterti fare un bagno in completa pace e silenzio.le due taverne sono ottime entrambe e a prezzi normali
Veramente lontano da tutto e ti costringe a prendere la macchina se ci si vuole spostare per l'isola

The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. Our stay was absolutely amazing, the views are truly unique and breathtaking, and the nearby restaurants serve delicious food. Everyone at Maria Studios welcomed us so warmly that we felt right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 100% recommended!

Very friendly welcoming by the host. Great location directly at the beach, above the supermarket/beach shop/ bakery/ take-away coffee shop owned by the room owner. Clean room. 2 beach restaurants at 1 min walk.
The location is down directly at the beach. The busstop is up … 5 min walk. It isn’t anything about the property but keep in mind if you travel with a lot of luggage - maybe opt for a taxi or rental car. Regardless the property is much worth the minor exercise
