Amazing stay
The location is great, just a short walk to Galley bay, one of the best beach in the island, and from the patio the view is amazing. Both Marco and Camilla were very nice and helpful
The cottage is a bit dusty and needs some extra care

A challenging 'break'
No breakfast, location fantastic but a very serious climb up to the property - we are in our late 70s . The steps were difficult as was a broken down path. There was remediation work on-going but garden refuse and builders waste was left lying around the site. The views were fantastic but spoilt by living with a messy environment. Oven didn't work and we couldn't make the microwave work. The bedroom chest of drawers was nearly impossible to use because of warping. It was easy to keep the place cool mostly but in the afternoons the front terrace with the magnificent view was too hot to use though mostly in the shade. No one should rent this property without a hire-car. The nearest bar/restaurant (where we were made most welcome) was a 25 minute walk in the heat. Impossible to rent a lounger and umbrella on the nearby beaches - which were fantastic - because all the infrastructure was owned by the resorts. Be prepared to embrace the local taxi serivce if you don't have a car.
Badly maintained external environment. Distance from anywhere to buy a drink or a meal. The lack of facilities for us on beach as non residents of the hotel and private gated development.

Very relaxing get-away with everything you need.
Our host Marco was fantastic! He met us at the airport, took us to the local supermarket and gave us a tour of the area before taking us to the cottage. The cottage is in a great location - just a quick walk to the beach and an easy drive (recommend renting a car) to St Johns and the rest of the island. The cottage is well-equipped too - from coffee and tea to sun cream and beach towels - Marco has thought of everything. Made for a great holiday!
Not a bad thing but be prepared for the driveway - it is a bit of a climb to get to the cottage. It's the only drawback but there is an amazing view from the cottage so the steps are worth it.

Good
This was a beautiful authentic Antiguan cottage halfway up the hill to catch the breezes. It is rustic but I expected that.it was full of light with beautiful views and eclectic, interesting furnishings. Marco, the property manager was excellent, always responsive and a delight.
Sadly, the cottage is becoming a bit rundown and needs refurbishing.

Lovely view, great host and perfect privacy. Perfect for couples!
Breeze Cottage is perfect to get a "caribbean feeling". From the porch/patio of the cottage you will have the perfect view towards the ocean. Due to the location and surroundings of the cottage there is perfect privacy - even on the porch/patio. The bed room has an air conditioner which is able to bring the temparature down to a level that is very comfortable to sleep (even for central european people). All windows and doors are set up with mosquito nets. If you want to get outside it takes 2 minutes by foot to the beach and about 10 minutes by car to the center of St. Johns. We recommend to get a rental car.

Lovely property full of charm. Superb view and sunsets. Great place to relax.
Marco was there to meet us on the day of arrival. Showed us around and took us to the supermarket. Idyllic spot, with access to a secluded cove and Giorgio Armani as a neighbour! Everything you might need was provided. Get some fresh fish from St Johns Fish Market and some local veg from the veg market and BBQ to your hearts content. Our flight wasn't until 10pm but Marco gave us the use of another cottage on our day of departure. Very helpful host.
Be aware, no AC, but neverthelessless a charming property. Perhaps more information on how to access various beaches (but Marco soon answered any queries by text.)
