The location near the airport is good. The hotel is clean comfortable and modern. The facilities are good and the aesthetics are pleasant. Most of the staff are very good, welcoming and friendly.
The first thing and the reason I said it wasn’t so good value for money was because although I booked online via Booking.com and the rate was fixed in Dollars - when I came to pay in local currency the rate they used was a very poor rate meaning we overpaid for the room.
The official room rate at the hotel was N90k I paid over N131k
The other thing is you book a room for two and you only get breakfast for one and one towel - but this seems to a thing in Lagos in general not just this hotel
One member of staff, a woman in reception was rude especially to my wife when we arrived.

Reasonable price. Comfortable bed
Outlet I bathroom was worn out and wouldn’t hold the plug. LED ceiling light constantly blinked on and off. Bath mat was dirty when we arrived. Food was OK and definitely more local cuisine. Pool was having maintenance done and not useable. Fitness center was not air conditioned.
