The hotel had potential but the staff need to be trained in customer service to smile and to speak courtesly.
It’s a clean property with comfortable rooms, a good restaurant, bar, and pool.
The exchange rate I was offered on my Booking.com rate was a rip-off. The staff were mostly unfriendly and even rude and the builders renovating the room next to mine were still working until 11pm at night. Despite SEVEN calls to reception where they promised it would stop immediately it didn’t.

Good
Good ambience.
The price is inflated in dollars on booking.com versus the actual price at the hotel. I think it's a deliberate ploy to rip off unsuspecting customers. The official exchange rate is 148 or there about, but at the hotel, they used 174. Absolutely criminal behavior.

Nice hotel with a few things to improve
Greenpoint has a great area around the pool which is lit after sunset and you can enjoy dinner or a beer. The hotel is safe and well guarded. Outside is a local market where you can find all the supplies you need. Also convenient to the airport.
WiFi only worked in the common areas and not in the room. On one side a mosque is being built and there were angry gestures if you looked out the room window towards them. Breakfast can only be had in your room. Coffee only available for breakfast (nescafe). Hotel only accepts payment in local currency (but can call a moneychanger) - only Nigerian credit cards are accepted.

The customer service are friendly. The check-in is smooth and the room is big. The hotel is 5 to 10mins from the airport. Location is good
Not able to connect Wi-Fi and payment can only be made using local cards or by Naira.

Very good
Clean & Comfortable room.
I made a request, which was to be confirmed with the manager. They never got back to me. I found that poor.

Delightful
Nice n tasty....But we should be told the complimentary breakfast is a choice of what's available in the kitchen not any item of your choice on the menu
Cookies and biscuits..not just coffee and tea on the table

Passable stay at a nicely located(with regards to airport)and busy hotel. Staff attitude could be im
The immediate presentation was good, bed comfy and room spacious. Temperature was maintained at a comfortable range
Staff at reception were not as welcoming and did not keep you informed of developments while waiting for what was ultimately their failure
