The room and facilities were clean, tidy and adequate for our needs. The House is only a short walk to a convenience store, two restaurants, cafes and food carts.
In unit # ONE. The temperature of the air conditioning unit was "stuck" on full cold. When adjusted, the remote control interfaced to the wall unit OK and both displays would indicate an increasing temperature, but the actual output temperature stayed the same. The fan speed did alter OK but the temperature was so cold we had to turn the A/C off. But then it got too hot and stuffy, so we put the A/C back on again, and then it got too cold again. This happened over and over during the night which made for a most uncomfortable night with ongoing disturbed sleep as the room alternated between too cold, too hot and too stuffy.

Peaceful but located with a 7/11, motorbike rental and Nang A Pier located close by. Ao Nang is a short motorbike ride away. Away from the tourist crowds and all the noise. Good spot for travellers looking for peace but conveniently located.
Not much to complain about. Maybe only the process of contacting some of the staff at late night if any issues. But it’s not a big deal.

Good location close to the pier for a quick stop before taking the boat in the morning (although there’s nothing around, only small local shops and food stands). Room was big.
Not particularly comfy, the room had a lot of humidity and was very warm when we arrived. It took a while to cool it down. There is nowhere appealing to eat if you arrive late at night, although there’s a 7 Eleven and other big supermarket very close.
