Excellent location as a base to explore around the Dolomites…clean, comfortable and great views of the mountains. It is within walking distance to town. It has all the amenities…we like the host, easy to communicate with. Highly recommended

We had a really great time here, location is perfect for doing hikes or biking. It is located in a quiet part of Cortina, but it's only a 10 min. walk to the centre. Fabia was very friendly and she made sure we had a great stay: cookies on arrival, hike/bike/ski maps on the table, interested but not intrusive and she left the apartment clean and neat. The apartment is really well equipped so had everything we needed. The pictures on the website make it look smaller than it actually is. All in all we had a perfect stay and couldn't ask for more.

Einfach, aber praktisch
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte.
Sehr sauberes Objekt, ist jedoch in die Tage gekommen ist. Trotzdem war alles Notwendige da, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Dafür fehlte die Kaffeemaschine, war aber auch so angekündigt.
Für 2 Pers. i.O.,für 4 zu klein.
Duscheinstieg nur 35 cm, und auch das ansonsten bequeme und mit toller Matratze ausgestattete Franz. Bett war nur " sportlich" zu erreichen, da der Schlafraum sehr klein ist.
Dafür gibt es aber einen kleinen begehbaren Kleiderschrank.
Fazit: geeignet für normal proportionierte Gäste, ansonsten wird es eng.
2 Balkone, jeweils Nord-und Südseite, ergänzten das Platzangebot.

L'appartamento, piccolo ma funzionale, è dotato di tutte le necessità. È situato in posizione privilegiata, fuori dal centro raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi. Ha un terrazzo con vista invidiabile sul Sorapis, Antelao a sinistra e Tofane a destra.
L'abitazione è circondata dal verde in una splendida e caratteristica frazione di Cortina. La signora Fabia sa mettere da subito a suo agio gli ospiti con la sua disponibilità. Vacanza da replicare.

Una mansardina piccola ma con tutti i conforts!
Siamo rimasti una settimana a casa della Signora Fabia: la casa è curatissima, pulitissima ed è fornita di tutto nonostante sia una piccola mansarda. Inoltre la vista dal balcone è strepitosa e la Signora Fabia è molto attenta ai dettagli. Speriamo di poterci tornare!

La mansarda è piccolina ma dotata di ogni confort con una vista da sogno su Cortina! Noi eravamo 2 adulti e 2 bambini e siamo stati bene.
La sign.ra Fabia e la Figlia sono state molto gentili ed accoglienti.

Bellissimo soggiorno!
L’appartamento è delizioso: pulitissimo, accessoriato di tutto e accogliente. La posizione è invidiabile: a due passi da Cortina (raggiungibilissima a piedi anche con i bimbi piccoli) con affacci straordinari sulla città e sulle montagne. I padroni di casa sono stati squisiti: gentilissimi e ospitali. Un saluto al bellissimo cagnolone Benny che ha conquistato la nostra bambina!

Only about 10 mins walk to the centre. Fabia couldn't be more helpful. Organized a rental car for us as the buses were finished for the season and gave us a lift to the bus station when we leaving. Thanks Fabia.

Wow! What an amazing place to stay. Cortina is in the center of it all beautiful scenery everywhere.
On arrival we were greeted by Fabia who was very friendly and helpful. Fabia showed us around the property and gave us helpful advice about the area, access and local amenities. The property itself was delightful, clean, had everything needed for a comfortable stay and amazing views from both balconies. We would definitely recommend this place and will be returning.

We had an enjoyable stay in Fabia's apartment. She picked us up at the bus station and dropped us off on our departure. The apartment is bright and compact with a panoramic view. It is in a quiet location not far from the city centre. There is a large storage room for belongings and the washing machine is a bonus. There is a stock of basic supplies and even a welcome bottle of wine and platter of fresh apples. An easy place to relax.

The apartment on top fllor of Villa Dolomitica is perfect for two with lots of space for luggage and stuff. Fine bed in bedroom, nice living room, a small but fine kitchen with most of what you might need. All linens, utensils and service ok and CLEAN. That goes for the apartment as a whole! A 10 minutes walk and you are in the center of Cortina.
A perfect spot for exploring the beatifull mountains around Cortina.
We definitely want to come back, next time in winter. Thank you Fabia and Fabio - and thank you for the Prosecco in the fridge.

Great apartment in the heart of the Dolomites
This is a very good location. Cortina is central to a lot of good hiking and the unit is about a 10 minute walk from the city center. The owners were very helpful with planning our drives through the mountains. The apartment was very clean and has a great balcony with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. There is a table and chairs on the balcony and so we ate every meal there (thanks Fabia for the olive oil). There is a main road not far away and so there was some traffic noise but that was not a problem at all when we were inside. If you do go, scope out the town closely on Google maps beforehand so that you can find the address. The town is not large and is easy enough once you get your bearings but it has winding one-way roads that are not well marked. The owners were very professional to deal with and everything went very smooth

Perfect starting point for daytrips around Cortina
This holiday home is a perfect starting point for day trips around Cortina and the Dolomites. It's a really nice and spacious apartment, equipped with everything you need, an awesome view from the balcony and very friendly owners! The city centre of Cortina d'Ampezzo is only minutes away, Tre Cime di Lavaredo and countless other nice hiking tours are within an hour of driving.

Really nice accomodation, lovely owners, everything what you need on the doorstep with short walk to the town. Well equipped apartment, clean and very spacious for 2 people. Cortina area itself, it's a fantastic playground for mountain lovers. Very scenic with big variety of choices. Hopefully will be back next year.

Really nice accomodation, lovely owners, everything what you need on the doorstep with short walk to the town. Well equipped apartment, clean and very spacious for 2 people. Cortina area itself, it's a fantastic playground for mountain lovers. Very scenic with big variety of choices. Hopefully will be back next year.

We had a lot of snow while we were there (2 metres in 2 days) and Fabio was really helpful in clearing the snow so we could get out and about.
We had a great time and the apartment provided a really good base, we hope to stay here again on our next trip to Cortina
