Great location, close to the front with on street parking. Small rooms but not bad considering the price. Breakfast was made to order and was lovely.

Location is good and it's hard to argue with the price: we paid about ÂŁ50 for a Saturday night in August when we were running a local race. Friendly enough welcome.
The room was dated and rundown. The bedside light was broken and the bathroom is tiny with a very small shower cubicle and the world's smallest sink, which drained very slowly. Half of the pillows didn't even have a pillowcase and the sheet was stained and holey and the mattress was lumpy.
Breakfast was OK, smallish portions and not brilliantly cooked, and there was only sachets of instant coffee available.
Very limited free on-street parking so we paid ÂŁ7 for 24 hours a couple of streets away.
