About this house rental
Comfortable mini-villa of 65 m2 in a residence directly on a nice beach, located on the peninsula of Benedettu, in the Gulf of Porto Vecchio. Charming furniture, 3 bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, bathroom, WC. Air conditioning, large wood deck.
Beautiful beach at 80 meters from the villa, with no roads to cross (the villa has not the view on the sea, however it is located at few steps from the beach only). Great place, quiet, immersed in the nature, ideal for children, along the beach of Benedettu ('lieu béni'). Coves of pink granite rocks and unfrequented wild beach distanced few tens of meters.
During high saison, rent based on 1 week (7 nights) from Saturday to Saturday.
Optional rent of linen/sheets and towels, at the cost of 20 euros / person

Très bon séjour dans cette jolie maisonnette à deux pas d une magnifique plage. La location est très bien située nous y avons passé une excellente semaine. Le propriétaire est un homme charmant , et la dame qui nous accueille est tout à fait sympathique.nous reviendrons , ce fut une belle découverte .

Sehr schönes Haus mit toller Einrichtung in herrlicher Lage. Ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der immer zur Stelle ist und unverzüglich auf Anfragen reagiert. Hierfür 5 Sterne!
Die Kommunikation vor Ort mit den Ansprechpartnern ist teilweise aufgrund der Sprache (Englisch sehr eingeschränkt) schwierig und war nicht immer entgegenkommend. Es laufen sehr viele streunende Katzen in der Anlage herum, die betteln. Auch Babykatzen gab es, die nächtelang geschrien haben, weil die Mutter nicht mehr kam. Da die Häuser sehr hellhörig sind, konnten wir teilweise nicht gut schlafen. Viele Katzen sind krank. Eine Babykatze haben wir zum Tierarzt gebracht. Sie war so schlimm verletzt, dass sie eingeschläfert werden musste. An manchen Stellen, wenn man auf den Wegen läuft, riecht es sehr unangenehm, weil die Katzen dort in den Beeten ihre Geschäfte verrichten. Ein direkt in die Anlage integriertes Hotel hat am Wochenende in der Urlaubsmitte 2 Feiern ausgerichtet. In einer Nacht spielte so laut Musik, dass man bis 4 Uhr nachts nicht richtig schlafen konnte. Auch wird man vom Hotelpersonal häufig gemaßregelt, weil die Hotelgäste als VIP-Gäste einen höheren Status genießen. Man darf das Auto nicht kurzzeitig in Hausnähe parken, weil dadurch ein anreisender Hotelgast beeinträchtigt sein könnte. Auch am Strand werden Besucher gebeten den Bereich vor dem Hotel zu verlassen, da dieser den Hotelgästen vorbehalten ist und ebenso wird man gebeten den Steg zu verlassen.
Allerdings muss man positiv erwähnen, dass der Eigentümer sich der Hotelproblematik bewusst ist und sich den Themen annimmt, da hier wohl Verhalten seitens des Hotels an den Tag gelegt wird, das nicht abgesprochen und in Ordnung ist.
Alles in Allem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub, mit jedoch unangenehmen Bestandteilen, die man sich in einem Urlaub eher nicht wünscht. Trotz allem herzlichen Dank an Herrn Potin!
