This home features 2 Master Suites, and 2 additional bedrooms making it perfect for large groups or Multi-Family vacations, sleeping a total of 8. Spend the day around the pool or at one of our gorgeous beaches (options just a mile away). Enjoy dinner together at the large dining table or outside in the screened pool area. 2 separate living spaces with plenty of seating for conversation and games, watching tv, or relaxing with a book! If you need to spread out and have plenty of space, this is the property for you. Perfect for family gatherings or large friend trips, or multi-family vacations with kids! Large, sparkling pool enclosed with a bug-proof screen, with plenty of loungers for sunning, and seating/tables for enjoying dinner or cocktails. An additional patio with a fire pit is available to gather around, and the large, fenced-in back yard is perfect for kids and pets alike to run around, or for the whole group to enjoy outdoor games. There is ample parking for up to 7 vehicles in the large, circular driveway. This home is in a prime location for outdoor activities of all types, but to name a few of the most noteworthy: 5 minutes to the "locals" beach a mile away, and just 10 minutes to the public Mickler's Beach, with plenty of parking and recently renovated facilities. Golf fans, this is the perfect location if you want to hit the links while on vacation, as it is just 2 miles away from the World Famous TPC Sawgrass. If ultimate relaxation is your goal, book a spa day at the Ponte Vedra Spa just a mile away. There is a wonderful park just a 3 minute drive away, with playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, dog park, skate park, and an open multipurpose field-perfect for adults and children. Bedroom Description: Bedrooms 1 & 2 - Both Master Suites - One King and One Queen bed, both with private pool access. These rooms are on opposite sides of the home for ultimate privacy, and one also has a 2 person Infared Sauna! Bedroom 2 - Two twin beds Bedroom 3- One queen bed There is also a queen mattress available for use with bedding, located in the Family Room. Comfortable beds, TV's in every room, and black out curtains for those mornings you need extra rest. I would give 6 stars if I could. Great communication and just a wonderful house. The negative review I read earlier is totally inaccurate. The neighborhood is safe and we had a wonderful time speaking with the neighbors.

A group of 7 of us stayed at this property in mid July. We were initially impressed with the house when we entered as it appeared clean, smelled of pine cleaner, and the tile floors were extraordinarily shiny. The house was spacious with plenty of room to comfortably accommodate all of us. However, once we started to settle in things became not so nice. Major issues included: dirty dishes in the cupboards; empty candy wrappers and a bottle of nail polish were left in the freezer door shelves along with an open bag of ice that had spilled over onto the shelving. The master bedroom had no TV, and there was a fist- sized hole in the wall. The a/c in the 2nd master bedroom could not keep the room cool and barely maintained a tolerable temperature. In the kids' room one of the twin beds had hair in the sheets, and a panty guard (women will know what that is) with strands of hair sticking to it, had been left in one of the dresser drawers. The 4th bedroom had an ant infestation. We spent a good bit of time at the pool, which was very nice. We thought that we would utilize the outside refrigerator for pool drinks & snacks so that we wouldn't have to run in-and-out of the house so much. Unfortunately, the refrigerator was dirty and rusty. The freezer was also impacted with ice and other frozen items inside of plastic grocery shopping bags. We immediately contacted the owner about the initial physical issues and he did offer to give us a portion of the cleaning fee back to "do something fun with" and we accepted it. There was also a creep factor. We began to notice the man in the house across the street was watching us (outright from his front yard and peeping from behind his front window draperies). Then one night one of the ladies went out to get something from the car and the door to the back gate slammed shut as she went outside. The next day we saw that the side door to the utility shed was open. One of the other ladies who had been working at the desk near where the guest book lay noticed that the book was closed one afternoon though it had previously laid open since our arrival. The neighborhood was quite nice and inviting so several ladies in our group thought they would bike ride along with other neighbors who were out and about enjoying the evening, but there were no bicycles (as mentioned on the website). We made the best of the experience but we would not return to or recommend this property. Thank you.

We were there through the Christmas holidays and our host beautifully decorated the house. It was the most fully equipped house and kitchen we’ve stayed, super clean, plenty of supplies and a very central location for our planned activities. The beach was just a short drive or bicycle ride away. Included in our welcome packet were menus for both going out and staying in which was ever so helpful because of the pandemic. Planning to stay their again.

The property was perfect for our blended family. We were able to comfortably gather together in the family room as well as spread out and each go to our rooms for personal space and privacy. There was no shortage of space. The property is clean and well maintained. Our favorites included the dinner table where we gathered for dinner and carved pumpkins, the covered pool w/age appropriate floats, night times swings under the lights, movies in the large family room. Nice centrally located close enough to the beach, essential shopping and grocery store. Highly recommended. Our family will definitely visit again.

Our family of four adults spent more than a month at this dreamhouse in Dolphin Cove while waiting for the construction of our future home in the Nocatee area to be completed. Our stay made the transition from Georgia to Florida perfect. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood that is close to supermarkets, restaurants, and the world’s greatest Ace Hardware store. Super clean, comfortable, and great WIFI service. Diane was truly a super host, super quick to reply to any questions, and surprised us with a fully stocked house. We could not have asked for more. In our opinion, Diane is the world's best VRBO superhost!
