Excellent location for so much! -MAXIMUM of 10 GUESTS at anytime - strictly enforced -0.7 miles (5 blocks) to the beach-sidewalk the whole way! -3 miles to TPC Sawgrass -1.8 miles to Ponte Vedra Inn & Club -1.4 miles to The Lodge & Club -4.5 miles to Ponte Vedra Concert Hall -5.7 miles to Mayo Clinic -22 miles to EverBank Field *NO PARTIES, EVENTS OR 3RD PARTY BOOKINGS - this will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund and your removal from the property. *MAXIMUM capacity of 10 people at anytime - this will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund if over 10 people and your removal form the property. *NO smoking, vaping or drugs inside OR outside of the property - violators will be charged an additional $250. *MAXIMUM of 4 vehicles may park at the property at anytime - no street parking permitted, no parking on the grass, do not block the sidewalk *No tampering with cameras - this will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund and your removal from the property. *NO PETS OR ANIMALS PROPERTY DETAILS: Main ground level consists of sitting room, kitchen, dining table for 8, bar seating for 4, large living room with sectional and smart TV, primary bathroom with king bed and en-suite, laundry room and half bath. The back door leads to a screened in area with outdoor dining table. Off the screened in area is a propane grill and a perfect backyard to gather while the kids play. *There is a small step up to get into the the house but no stairs to the main level. Second level upstairs has a catwalk overlooking the living area downstairs. There are 4 bedrooms all with queen size beds and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite). One of the bedrooms leads to a room with a balcony overlooking the front foyer and has a desk/reading nook with great natural light for getting work done or reading a great book! 5 bedrooms total - 1 king bed, 4 queen beds For your convenience; 10 beach towels, 1 beach cart, 1 beach umbrella, 10 beach chairs and some beach toys are available to use during your stay. Please return all items before your departure! NOTE: This property has Ring cameras on the exterior doors and surrounding the entire exterior of the property that records audio and video. Inside the house in the main living area there is a Minut noise monitoring device that monitors decibels only. This property is located in a tropical climate zone. It is possible to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, feral cats, alligators, non-native primates, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs, including, but not limited to, ants, honey bees, palmetto bugs, roaches, etc. on the property. Per VRBO listing requirements, we are, therefore, required to notify you that we have “dangerous animals” on the property. All stand-alone, homes, excluding those that are not in a condominium tower, due to this possibility, however remote, are required, by VRBO, to notify you of the possibility that one might encounter both dangerous, and fear-provoking, non-threatening creatures. We had a wonderful stay at this property in Ponte Vedra Florida! The location was ideal for a wedding that our family attended. We celebrated Christmas early so our entire familty could be together. The home was perfect for this gathering! Thank you!

House was great. Very clean, good location. We had 4 couples. Spacious rooms, closets and hangers. Kitchen well stocked and had little extra snacks and ear plugs. It is on A1A so traffic sometimes was noisy. Traffic noise did not seem to bother most of the guests. Communication with host was excellent. beach towels and chairs were provided. Short walk to beach but no parking or bathrooms. So we drove to Jacksonville Beach for the day. Also an easy drive to St. Augustine. Definitely would recommend this house for a getaway!!

This home is beautiful, clean and in an awesome location close to golf, beach and stores. It’s walking distance to the beach and to a full list of necessary stores (grocery, liquor, donut, food). As a group of guys going to the area for golf, this place worked out great. Relaxing and spacious accommodations made the trip memorable.

The house was great, very clean nice and we enjoyed staying there. It was very well equipped and the snacks were a nice addition. Suggestions: You could use a mirror in each bedroom and blow dryers in the bathrooms.

Amazing light-filled residence, within walking distance of the beach. Spotlessly clean, and easy to access via a front-door code. Communication with the host was always prompt and cordial. Our family was in Ponte Vedra for a family wedding at Our Lady Star of the Sea. We were able to walk to the church for the wedding, as well as take advantage of proximity to the beach. Everything we needed was provided, as well as many unexpected amenities: full-sized shampoo/conditioner and bodywash; a large tray of snacks; ground coffee as well as K-cups; and the list goes on. We look forward to staying here again!

Our son was married this past weekend at TPC at the most glorious wedding with the dearest bride of all time (we acknowledge our bias). 511 provided a wonderful place for family to gather as they arrived. Location was ideal and the owners included thoughtful accoutrements throughout.

This property was amazing. The house was updated and extremely clean and cozy. So many little extras….coffee bar, snacks, extra toothbrushes, games, and a hot tub. Extremely helpful information binder. All rooms were a nice size with comfy beds. Also, 5 blocks from the beach! We had 6 adults and 3 kids. Plenty room for everyone. Kitchen was fully stocked. I would highly recommend this property! We will be back.

We had a great experience at this property! It is exactly like the pictures, in brand new condition. The bedroom set up is perfect for families with children and the owners have thought of many nice little details including a pack n play and baby monitor. There is everything you need to head to the beach which is a short distance away. Grocery stores, Walgreens and Target are within a mile or two. It is on A1A, however the house is well insulated and road noise was not an issue at all. The owners were excellent at communicating with us and so nice! Can’t wait to rent this property again, and would highly recommend it.
