Nestled in Pissouri, this lovely villa for $174 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Enjoy the luxury and privacy of a 2 bed, 2 bathroom detached villa with private swimming pool, Cypriot style BBQ, set in a lovely garden. Furnished to a high standard the villa offers comfortable modern living, the Villa has a range of facilities including Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fans, Gas Central Heating throughout, Satellite TV, Wi- Fi internet access and fully equipped kitchen. There is a downstairs toilet / cloakroom for convenience. Both bedrooms have ample fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, ceiling fans and gas filled radiators, with direct access to a large terraced balcony with comfortable seating and sunbeds. At the rear of the villa is additional balcony, this is accessible from the landing and offers beautiful views of the Troodos mountains, a lovely spot to sit, relax and enjoy the sunsets. Downstairs is open plan living, with a comfortable lounge area, TV and Log Burner. Adjacent to this is the dining table and side cabinet containing books, games etc. A well equipped kitchen with Dishwasher & Microwave. The utility area has additional cupboard space and washing machine. Located on the ground floor is the second shower room, with rain-shower, toilet & wash-hand basin. The pool area has comfortable sunbeds and rattan table & chairs, to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The village square is a 25 minute walk, where you will find many restaurants and bars. The blue flag beach at Pissouri Bay is only a short drive away. Our local management team are on hand to offer help and advice during your stay.

As with the previous reviews, this is a great villa, is well equipped and in a peaceful location. Pool is kept lovely and clean, and a choice of balconies to sit on in the evening with a bottle of wine and watch the world go by.
The village square has a good selection of restaurants serving good food and bars with reasonably priced drinks. The Hideaway restaurant I would say is good value for money yet still good food and always a recommendation by locals when you see them eating there. Steakhouse by Michael is also a great place to eat but a bit more expensive.
Would stay here again.

A well appointed & thought out villa in a quiet location. It was one of the best equipped villas we’ve stayed in. The area is still unspoilt compared to the touristy Paphos. Plenty of nice restaurants to visit; Melanda Bay where the sea bass is a must, Michael’s where the attention to detail is faultless & The Two Friends for rustic fayre. The BBQ at the villa is good to cook on if you fancy staying in. We enjoyed it so much that we’re already booked to come back in September! Thank you Denise & Darren x

We enjoyed our stay at this clean, very comfortable and well equipped villa. The villa is in a peaceful location within a 20 minute walk of the village centre, where the restaurants were just opening up after their winter break during our stay.
The pool looked lovely, but temperatures in March were a bit too low for us to brave using it!
We would happily recommend a stay at Darren & Denise's villa.

The hosts are helpful and good communicators and our only criticism would be the TV which was limited but believe the owners are working on that

Fantastic stay excellent villa
The villa was brilliant. Everything you needed was there - so thoughtfully prepared. It was in an excellent location, in easy reach of Limassol and Paphos. We enjoyed the pool and the BBQ area. The washing machine was a bonus - no washing when we get home. It was great to have beach towels for the pool area. The air conditioning was lovely too. The area of Pissouri was so nice with good restaurants and shops nearby. The check in instructions were clear too. Thank you so much for an excellent stay! We will be back!

I played golf with my son twice at nearby Secret Valley GC which was exceptional. Thanks to Darren and Denise - this was a lovely villa in a quiet location up in the hills just outside Pissouri village but with a car easily making Limassol and Paphos and all surrounding beaches very accessible. I played golf with my son twice at nearby Secret Valley GC which was exceptional. Swimming pool was a good size and well maintained.
The cyprus barbeque was great and easy to clean.
All in all we had a great time and would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone thinking of renting it.

Lovely villa in Pissouri

Beautiful villa in a lovely location
Beautiful villa with a fabulous pool and garden. A lovely quiet neighbourhood. 2 great balconies one at the back and front so one was always in the sun. A short walk to some great restaurants. A good supermarket in the town too. For us the other plus was that it was close to drive to all the wonderful Roman sites and the Trodos mountains and churches. Also a short drive to Paphos airport. The owners are great at communicating with you and supplying great information. The housekeeper is spot on too. Had 2 fabulous weeks here on our first visit to Cyprus. Another plus is that the Cypriot people are lovely. Can’t wait to come and stay when we visit Cryprus again .

Relax in Pissouri
There is nothing to criticise with respect to this villa. The accommodation is excellent, well appointed and spotlessly clean. We took advantage of the mid stay clean which was also excellent and very reasonably priced. I think that a car is essential for the stay and earthquakes have left some of the roads unusable so some road signs can be misleading. The nearby supermarket is good and the covid restrictions and checks sensible. There are several restaurants within driving distance. Overall we would highly recommend this property and return for another visit. All contacts with the hosts were addressed quickly and helpful. Craig

We have been coming to Pissouri several times a year for the last 7 years and this has been the best villa we have stayed in by far and we will definitely be returning.
The villa is very clean, well equipped and the owners have obviously put a lot of thought into making sure that it is a perfect place to stay, even including pool towels. The villa is located in a quiet area of Pissouri village with some nice walks nearby. We had a lovely relaxing holiday and can’t wait to return

We stayed in Villa for 8 days at End of September, all I can say the Villa really makes you feel like your at your home.If you needed something it was already there for your use and more.It’s great location, just over 15 min walk to local Village Square, the beach was 10 min drive. We used it as base and went somewhere different every day as it is close to motorway you did not have any problems getting anywhere.The only thing I would say it needs, is safe in one of wardrobes so you can leave valuables there.We had fantastic stay and would recommend it.

If you needed something it was already there for your use and more.
It’s great location, just over 15 min walk to local Village Square, the beach was 10 min drive.
We used it as base and went somewhere different every day as it is close to motorway you did not have any problems getting anywhere.
The only thing I would say it needs, is safe in one of wardrobes so you can leave valuables there.

Perfect Villa
We had a lovely stay in this beautiful Villa, there is everything in there that you could possibly want. The layout inside is excellent and maintained to a very high standard. There is plenty of space to sunbathe and the upstairs balcony is perfect to relax on in the evening or coffee in the morning.
The owners were very helpful at all stages and gave a very personal touch.
It is situated mid way between the village and the beach, the village is unspoilt and offers many lovely restaurants. The beach is also very pleasant (stoney so have some shoes!) with a lovely restaurant to pass the afternoon or evening in.

Fantastic villa! Just perfect.
This villa was the best villa we have stayed in, and we have stayed in a lot. It had everything we needed, lots of sun loungers, a balcony for sunbathing, and shaded areas for when it got just too hot. Pool was always warm, and just the right size for us. Couldn't believe how quiet the area was, which was great as our kids have grown up now, and we like to just chill out on our hols now. The villa was unbelievably well kitted out, the kitchen had every utensil you could think of. BBQ was a great thing also, we used a couple of times. Would highly recommend to anyone that asks!

The addition of a second shower, toilet and utility room for this year is an excellent inclusion.
Spent loads of time cooling off in the great pool.
We thoroughly recommend this property, and Pissouri is a lovely area.

Wonderful villa!
Absolutely lovely villa, layout upstairs and downstairs great and furnished beautifully. Pool was just right - this was the best villa we have ever stayed in - thank you so much for a fabulous stay ! Correspondence and fact sheet so helpful so it was easy for us to get to Pissouri and find our way around easily. Great stay and we had a great time !

Great property - well equipped and quiet location
We had a fabulous 11 day stay in this lovely villa which has been immaculately upgraded and is superbly equipped for a very comfortable holiday. Pissouri is a charming village with some good tavernas. You do need a car to get there as the villa is a little way out. But it’s also well located to drive down to Pissouri Beach which is 10 minutes away for the beach and more restaurants.

Pissouri is a lovely village with lots of lovely restaurants. Our favourite was the Bunch of Grapes. We have been to the village before and love the fact that it is unspoilt. The villa was very modern and very comfortable. We had plenty of places to sit and enjoy sunshine and shade. The pool was lovely but cool, as it was October. Cyprus has so many places of historic interest it is a great place to visit.

Amazing Villa
WOW amazing villa in a very peaceful location. Met up with George at the Hillview who we then followed to the villa. He made sure we had everything we needed before he left...the welcome hamper of fruit, bread, butter, milk and wine was a very thoughtful touch. The villa was very clean and very well equipped. The pool guy Len was lovely and kept it very clean. We ate at many of the lovely restaurants in both the village and the bay. A car meant we were able to visit beaches etc a little further afield including the Troodos Mountains.
We were sad to leave after our 2 week stay but hope to return in the future.
If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in a very peaceful location where at times the only thing to be heard are the birds then this is the place for you!

Beautiful house, great location.
We have stayed in the area a couple of times during the last 4 years, but this villa was the best one we have stayed in.
It is well laid out and the terrace and pool area was perfect.
The pool was very well maintained at least twice a week, we would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at Darrin and Denise's villa. So much so that after a couple of days we booked again for next year!! This was my first visit to Cyprus and I was very impressed. The people are lovely and George the owner and great chef of Hill View restaurant made sure all ran smoothly as he helps Darrin and Denise by property managing their home. He's a great guy and wonderful cook. Make sure you eat there. The views from his restaurant are simply stunning.
