Perfect mix of rustic and class. Great mountain escape in the woods. Amazing food- the Nebrodi mountain food offers a unique, heartier cuisine compared to the rest of Sicily, and it was delicious. Their dinner was very high quality- recommend getting the tasting menu at least one night (but be hungry)!

- The location and setting were amazing— being surrounded by woods was unbeatable and the main reason I chose this hotel.
- Food was unique and not expensive.
- I paid extra for an upgraded room but ended up with a basic one
- There was no kettle in the room to make coffee in the morning - as an early riser, I had to wait two hours before I could get one during breakfast.
- Not the quiet type of hotel - it was too busy with kids running around and poor soundproofing. Since the hotel is small, I could clearly hear noise from the restaurant and reception while trying to sleep.
- The main gate was left open at night, which felt risky for anyone with a parked motorcycle or vehicle.
