The patio - having a table with comfy chairs to relax on and enjoy the fresh air is brilliant.
The room is quite spacious, sufficient for two people, with plenty of natural light. The bed is also comfy.
Plenty of storage space in the hallway. Varied kitchen utensils, pots and pans, two types of coffee makers, induction plate stove ...
The garden in the back is free for all and includes two lounge chairs and a hanging chair under the trees, perfect for holidays.
Elena is a kind, friendly and communicative host. She even brought us figs, grown on their very own tree in the garden. She also accommodated our late checkout, which was deeply appreciated.
The location is good, on a quiet street. You would want to have a car or at least a bike for transportation, it's a bit remote from the city center, but then again the whole city is small. Several supermarkets are within a 5-minute driving distance, and beaches are within 15-20 minutes of driving.
The friendly house cat bumps the score by at least one point, by herself!
Almost perfect, except for some small details (like the drying rack missing two rods, it still fit a full load of clothes).

Wir wurden von Elena und ihrer Mutter sehr herzlich willkommen geheissen, sie war auch nicht böse, dass wir mit Verspätung ankamen. Das Haus liegt idyllisch im
Grünen, hat einen grossen, gemütlichen Garten, wo man sich im Schatten gut aufhalten kann. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für erholsame Ferientage, sehr sauber und nicht weit von Rovinj entfernt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Danke für die nette Gastfreundschaft!

La proprietaria e sua madre sono delle persone meravigliose, davvero disponibili e gentilissime, il posto bellissimo, in una posizione ottima, appena appena fuori dal centro quindi fuori dal casino ma vicino a tutti i servizi. Davvero nulla da dire, ancora grazie di cuore per tutto, soprattutto per i fichi buonissimi dati dalla signora.
