Great location, acceptable quality as to the accommodations, but not a very well operation.
The location of the property was great, close to restaurants, shopping, ski lift, etc. The condition of the property was perfectly acceptable although not the quality we expected (see below).
There were a number of issues that made the stay less than perfect. The hot water never worked as expected. At times we could not get hot water and when we could, it would go in and out while showering. The unit did not have even the basic amenities such as an iron or access to a washer/dryer. When you are traveling from across the world, you need to be able to iron a shirt or wash clothes without having to wait a day+ for them to be picked up and returned for a fee. The floors were of such poor quality that we kept getting splinters when we walked in socks. We had 2 ski lockers, one of which was locked open so we could not use it. The code they gave us to the ski room from the exterior did not work so we could only access the locker room from the interior of the building. There was no information provided about the particulars of the unit like wifi, location of trash drop, etc. and when we called the reception desk we consistently could not reach them, we just got a busy signal even during normal business hours. Finally, the night before we departed, they called and said they needed to do a walk-through before we left so we scheduled that for 9:30am on the day of departure and no one showed up, so we called them at 10am and told them we had to leave because our car had arrived to pick us up. That's not everything but certainly enough to make you understand that all in all, it is a very poorly run operation.
