About this chalet rental
Located in Champagny-en-Vanoise, this lovely chalet for $392 per night is a great option for your next break. Our Chalet was completely renovated in 2017, on three levels, to create warm and friendly spaces. NEW FOR 2018: Ski room with boot dryer! Its location is ideal (less than 100 meters from the gondola), allowing you to have direct access to the Paradiski area (La Plagne, Les Arcs ...). The location of the Chalet gives you quick access on foot to all the shops in the charming village of Champagny en Vanoise (bakery, butcher, restaurants, convenience store ...) Our chalet will seduce you with the living spaces that we have created while keeping the authenticity of the wood. Our Chalet offers: - a large bright and open living room with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, offering a sitting area, for moments of relaxation around a wood stove, - a dining room around large wooden tables and colorful chairs, - a large panoramic balcony to enjoy the moments of sunshine, - a spacious and open kitchen, fully equipped, - 7 bedrooms with their own shower rooms (or bath) and storage cupboards. - A Relaxation Area including a 4-seater jaccuzi, an infrared sauna for 4 people and a shower. - a game room with table football (coffee type) and darts. - A laundry room: washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Composition of the rooms: Bedroom 1: shower room with wc - cupboard - double bed Bedroom 2: shower room with wc - cupboard - double bed Bedroom 3: shower room with wc - cupboard - double bed Bedroom 4: bathroom with bath and wc - cupboard - double bed Bedroom 5: shower room - closet - twin beds (convertible into a double bed) (separate WC, close to the bedroom) Bedroom 6: shower room - closet - twin beds (convertible into a double bed) (separate WC, close to the bedroom) Bedroom 7: 6 bunk beds 90 cm. The Chalet has a capacity of 18 people. We can provide you with two baby cots and two high chairs. A private parking will allow you to park 5 cars on a large adjoining enclosed lot.

Thomas was an amazing host, he answered all my questions in a timely manner, the chalet was modern yet still with a chalet feel. Every room was clean and inviting.
The only thing I would suggest would be that the hot tub is outside rather than inside as it got quite hot and stuffy.
We had a great stay, would definitely recommend.

Very conveniently close to the ski lift. House was very clean, complete, very good and with a beautiful interior. Host wasvery friendly. We will come back.

Property is lovely - the upstairs kitchen, dining table and seating area works brilliantly as the whole family (12 of us) can be there together. One minor problem was lack of a staircase as we had 2 toddlers and the stairs were dangerous. Hottub and sauna area is perfect - we found the hottub unreliable - on a couple of days the temperature had dropped to 26C when we came back at end of skiing day but sauna heated up quickly saving the day!! Local Baker top class. Generally there was a lack of instructions - where to put rubbish etc but we worked it out. The c200m walk to the gondola is no big deal as its flat walking. Probably biggest criticism of skiing would be that junior teaching area is too small - our 4 Yr old learned nothing. Overall great.

Très bon chalet
Très bon séjour dans ce chalet spacieux. Tout était comme prévu. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Proximité des pistes très agréable ainsi que la proximité du centre ville du hameau de champagny qui a beaucoup de charme. A recommander. Petit bémol mineur : La personne s’occupant de l’état des lieux et qui étaient censée répondre à nos besoins sur la location, bien que d’un abord agréable lors des états des lieux n’a pas été d’une grande aide quand nous l’avons sollicité. Mais cela n’est qu’anecdotique.

Chalet agréable et très bien situé
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce grand chalet (12 adultes et un bébé). La localisation à 2 minutes à pieds des cabines permettant d’accéder à tout le domaine de la Plagne était parfaite.

Le chalet est bien localisé (proche des commerces), bien rénové et possède une belle vue sur les montagnes alentours.
L'accueil a été parfait comme le départ.

Le chalet est spacieux et bien aménagé. Tout s'est bien passé ! Il nous a seulement manqué quelques petites choses en cuisine (balance, verre doseur...) Mais tout était super.

Très bon séjour dans un chalet spacieux
Chalet récemment rénové avec beaucoup de gout et disposant de tout le confort moderne. Les nombreuses chambres et la grande pièce à vivre nous ont permis de ne jamais avoir l'impression de manquer de place.
Le chalet est idéalement situé entre les commerces et les remontées mécaniques dans un très beau village de montagne.
Nous songeons déjà à y retourner l'année prochaine.

Excellent séjour en famille à Champagny en Vanoise
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Le chalet est en parfait état. Il a été restauré avec gout. Il est aussi très fonctionnel avec cette grande pièce à vivre à l'étage et des salles de bains et toilettes attenantes aux chambres. Le jacuzzi permet de bien se relaxer après une longue journée de randonnée. A revivre avec grand plaisir !

Bon compromis entre convivialité avec de nombreuses pieces à vivre et intimité avec la possibilité de s' isoler pour lire ou dormir... Tout le monde y trouve son compte jeunes et moins jeunes...
La personne qui s'occupe des arrivée et départ est très sympa

Ski entre amis
Le chalet bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal par rapport aux pistes et aux différents commerces. L'équipement est plutôt complet dans l'ensemble, quelques plats, casseroles, faitouts de "collectivité" seraient un plus eu égard du nombre de personnes résidant dans le chalet. La salle détente avec le jacuzzi et le sauna est un vrai confort après les journées de ski. Seul petit bémol, les chambres restent vraiment exiguës, difficile d'y caser un lit parapluie.

Un chalet magnifique
Séjour exceptionnel. Nous étions 14 adultes. Le chalet est extrêmement bien situé, à 5 minutes à peine de tout (remontée mécanique, supermarché, boulangerie, location de ski, bar...). L’agencement du chalet est parfait, très spacieux, bon literie. Après une journée de ski, le sauna - jacuzzi est un vrai bonheur. Petit conseil: le sherpa juste à côté prépare à la demande de succulents plats cuisinés très copieux et très raisonnables pour les dîners. Bref un cadre superbe pour un séjour magique garanti!!!

Hebergement très agréable au centre d’un charmant village toutes commodités.
Chalet tout confort au beau milieu de Champagny en Vanoise. A deux pas des pistes, des commerces et place du village ou nous avons passé d’excellents moments sur les terrasses de restaurants ou pub, au soleil et presqu’en T-Shirt en raison d’une semaine exceptionnelle. Sans prendre les véhicules durant le séjour, livraison du boulanger au chalet le matin, font de cet hébergement des atouts assez conséquents pour une satisfaction quasi-totale des familles et amis présents. Un bel espace de vie commun, de la literie d’excellente qualité ou il faudra impérativement réserver la chambre des enfants à des adolescents et non des adultes en raison des lits superposés et de leurs tailles respectives. Un plus serait un sanitaire supplémentaire à cet étage en raison du nombre d’occupants, un second lave-vaisselles serait également très apprécié mais en général, les équipements demeurent bien adaptés au nombre d’occupants. Aucun problème technique à déplorer. Nous sommes très satisfaits de l’ensemble et le conseillons vivement. Nous reviendrons lors d’une autre saison.

Fantastic house, great location, lovely skiing
We’ve just returned from a lovely week skiing in La Plagne and La Stella was a perfect house for our group of 15. Large, very comfortable and a short walk to the Champagny bubble lift. Champagny en Vanoise is a lovely village with some great restaurants and bars. Access to the skiing on the Champagny side of La Plagne was very easy. From booking to stay, everything was straight forward and any questions we had were addressed promptly. I would highly recommend this house if you are thinking of skiing in La Plagne.

Une très bonne adresse pour un séjour estival
Venus à plusieurs familles, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine au mois d’Aout.
La location est immense, rénovée avec des prestations de qualité.
L’emplacement est de choix pour les commodités et les animations de Champagny. A proximité immédiate ou après un peu de voiture de nombreuses randonnées sont possibles, ainsi que canyon vtt et via Ferrata.
Idéal pour un séjour estival en montagne et decouvrir le parc de la vanoise ou les sports de montagne.

Super mooi huis op een fantastische locatie. Van alle gemakken voorzien, zeker met meerdere mensen. Slaapkamers met goede bedden en heerlijke douches. Meer dan volledige keuken. Vlakbij de bakker en de lift naar het mooie La Plagne. Echt een aanrader! 👍�🏻�

Super chalet adapté à la vie de famille
Nous avons passé une semaine à la Sbella, 9 adultes + 7 enfants.
Le salon est grand, lumineux et très agréable. La cuisine est très bien équipée et fonctionnelle.
Chaque chambre dispose de sa propre salle de bain, toutes les chambres sont très bien insonorisées, le jacuzzi, le sauna sont très agréables et le chalet est situé à moins de 10 mn à pied des remontées mécaniques...
Seul bémol : les lits sont vraiment très petits pour les couples...
Je recommande vivement ce chalet pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis.

The place is very spacious and the big living room upstairs accommodated 13 adults easily.

Chalet Sbella
A wonderful ski holiday with a group of 14 adults Late Jan 2019. The chalet is of a high standard, exceptionally well equipped, decorated and furnished in a charming, contemporary style. Panoramic views from the spacious open plan dining and lounge area. Exceptionally well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms are big enough with excellent bathroom/shower facilities. Well equipped laundry room. Nice Ski/boot room with heated boot warmers. Telecabine only 100m from chalet. Champagny is a much prettier resort than La Plagne and quieter. Ice climbing in Champagny La Haute was great only 10 mins away! I would highly recommend this lovely property!

Une semaine parfaite
Un très beau village parfaitement situé pour accéder à une infinité de randonnées de plus ou moins grande difficulté.
Un chalet remarquablement placé, au centre du village, avec une vue dégagée. Des commerces proches et particulièrement accueillants.
Un chalet intelligemment aménagé permettant à trois générations de cohabiter sans se gêner. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les chambres avec chacune leur salle de bains, le vaste espace living room qui permet de réserver plusieurs lieux différents, la cuisine tout fait bien équipée sans vaisselle fragile et bien sûr ... le baby-foot et le spa !
Nous souhaitons enfin souligner la facilité des contacts avec le propriétaire autant qu'avec la personne chargée d'ouvrir et de fermer le chalet.
Un lieu de vacances à recommander sans réserve.

Magnifique!
Nous avons eu des excellentes vacances.
Un superbon contact avec la famille Kremer, réponse très vite en cas de question. Le concièrge également très gentil.
Nous étions 4 familles. Le chalet est super, très moderne et chaleureux. Très belles chambres et salles de bain. Le living et la salle à manger sont très grands et agréables. La cuisine est bien équipée.
Les oeufs pour monter vers les pistes sont à 100m, idéale! Champagny est une chouette station de ski avec un accès rapide vers La Plagne, beaucoup de pistes. Même à Pâques nous avons eu encore la neige fraiche et également plein soleil.
Champagny est un chouette petit village, une superboulangerie et boucherie sur place. Également un marchand de vin. Sport 2000 offre un bon service. Le petit spar est très petit, pas beaucoup de choses. Nous avions fait une commande de courses. Ils nous nous ont apporté mes marchandises (très pratique avec un grand groupe): offcourses.net

Location parfaite: pour 18 personnes, domaine skiable de LaPlagne sans avoir à faire la montee de LaPlagne. Très bon accueil. Chalet neuf, belles prestations, sauna et jaccuzi très agréables après une journée de ski. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain. Pièce principale lumineuse et spacieuse en groupe. Cuisine très bien équipée. Très proche des œufs. Dans le village, Restaurant La Timbale très sympa. Excellente semaine à trois familles. Nous reviendrons. Merci
