Localização perfeita. Se faz tudo o que interessa a pé. Só não aos SASSIS pq não tem como ir a pé, ficam muito longe.

La ubicaciĂłn es perfecta. Si no quieres pagar parking es difĂcil tener cerca aparcamiento gratuito. La anfitriona te va ayudar a encontrar todo lo que necesites, guĂas, restaurantes, tiendas...
Tiene ascensor, por lo que es cĂłmodo con las maletas.
No encuentro nada que decir.

The location is perfect, on a lovely pedestrian only street filled with shops, and supermarket and a market, just on the edge of the Sassi. There is a good parking lot (valet) very near to the property making it easy to get our luggage to the property. The hosts are very friendly and gave us a rundown of the possible activities in Matera along with maps and a guide. The room was a bit plain, but clean and comfortable.

Excellent location - very close to both the train station and the sassi. Very kind and welcoming hosts who were happy to store my suitcase after I checked out! Large room with an especially comfortable bed and electric curtains.
This is essentially a flat with two en-suite rooms, meaning that there is very little soundproofing between the two rooms. It would be nice to to have some more facilities in the room, such as a boiler and an armchair.
