About this villa rental
Beautiful Italian style villa located just a few blocks from one of Costa Rica's most beautiful beaches, Playa Penca. The villa is safely located is a 24/7 gated community with a resort style Pool. It's a cozy villa with a well equipped kitchen and a roomy screened in porch for relaxing.The villa has one private bedroom, one loft bedroom and a large sofa, two full baths, and a washing machine, dryer, and clothes line. The secure neighborhood includes a wonderful little square that includes a fantastic Italian restaurant and bar, an incredible bakery, a fish market, sausage maker, barber shop, cooking school, and a travel agent. The neighborhood is well maintained by gardeners and contains beautiful foliage and mature trees including Banana, Mango, and even star fruit. There are many excellent restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores and recreational options.
Potrero is a sleepy low-stress community surrounded by many wonderful beaches and only a short 30 minute drive to the beautiful, bustling beach town of Tamarindo. It's a relatively short drive from the Liberia international airport, less than an hour. Costa Rica's best sunsets can be found here. Escape the hustle and bustle of the big city and have a truly relaxing vacation in Potrero in our little slice of Paradise!

This was a "gringo paradise" for a gringo! Price, cleanliness, safety and location are all big positives. Many extras like beach chairs, beach towels, blender, coffee maker and the eateries in the Villa made the stay fantastic. Enjoyed a self made smoothie from the local fruits, played on the beach almost exclusive to ourselves. The sunsets are priceless! Scott was extremely easy to communicate with and had excellent tips for us! I would most definitely stay here again! Pura Vida!

Gringo's Paradise became our paradise during our stay! Excellent location with everything you could possibly need. Our host was very helpful and quick to answer any questions. Comfortable beds, nicely appointed, serene and quiet neighborhood and beautiful beaches within walking distance . The true essence of Pura Vida

Wonderful villa with everything you could possibly my need to make your stay comfortable. Highly recommend this place. The owner was easy to reach for any concerns We spent 5 weeks there and enjoyed it very much !

Muchísimas gracias al Sr. Scott propietario de la Villa, siempre pendiente con una sola llamada. Estuvimos mi cuñada y yo, eso si pensamos que la Villa es perfecta más como para una pareja y jóvenes. Para nosotras dos. Wouuu!!todas las personas desde los guardias realmente amigables y atentos a ayudarnos, nos sentíamos en casa. Si Dios me lo permite la próxima vez., regresaría ahí mismo pero ahora en compañía de mi esposo, para otra económica, súper tranquila luna de miel.
