Situated in Las Terrenas, this charming villa for $190 per night is a great choice for your next trip. New villa, offering 3 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a swimming pool with its integrated Jacuzzi, all ideally located in an intimate residential and secure 200 meters from the prestigious Las Terrenas beach: Las Ballenas This house has a well-maintained decoration and excellent finish, all modern comforts in a tropical setting, a meditation atmosphere and welcoming. Free Wifi. Fibre 100MB. All the options of modern life are offered in this wonderful villa. Life is easily organized on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave etc ...) open to the terrace, living room and dining area. A first bedroom equipped with a 200 * 200 king-size bed, another equipped with two 100 * 190 twin beds. It has a laundry area, a door that opens on the back of the house to access the drying area. Only the master bedroom is located upstairs, with a 200 * 200 King Size bed, an office area, a safe and a double sink bathroom. The villa is equipped with an inverter to mitigate the few power cuts that there are in the village for regular maintenance of the network in general. It has a Large shutters that open the entire villa and always have the feeling of living outside. The villa offers large volumes that help with relaxation. The harmonies of colors are perfectly mastered, no wrong note, relaxing atmosphere and holidays. For your information: Included in the rental rate for a minimum stay of 8 nights: Wi-Fi Internet, household cleaning at your entrance and departure and once a week during your stay with change of sheets, but no change of towels. Gardener and pool maintenance. Not included: Your electricity consumption remains at your expense during your stay. We take the meter on your arrival and departure. Only your consumption in kilowatt is billed rate in force in the village. The price per kilowatt is 14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD. A digital code safe is at your disposal, in case of forgetting the code or loss of the key, we will ask you to pay 150 USD for changing the safe. We also inform you that an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure. In order not to waste too much time when you leave, a team of 2 to 3 people is often present to allow a quick overhaul of linen, dishes and all household electrical equipment. The objective is to leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, to the tenants who will follow you. Any missing or broken items will also be collected in cash on the day of your departure. We make sure to keep this property in perfect condition each time it is rented for the comfort and well-being of everyone. Thank you for understanding.

The villa was perfectly located near the beach and great places to eat. Manuel, the property manager, was great and even helped us in the rental of a Buggy which was delivered and picked up right to and from our villa. We went during the busiest weeks of the year and unfortunately a lot of locals that visited las Terrenas were very inconsiderate when it came to loud music during the night but this has nothing to do with the property owner nor manager. The layout of the home is very spacious and well decorated, it is exactly as pictured. The bathrooms are very spacious and the rooms are extremely decent in size. My only recommendation would be is for each room to have its own smart TV so that each guest can watch their own shows in the comfort of their own room. The pool was great and well kept. The Kitchen was very spacious and I loved that it had a large window/bar area leading to the outside pool. It was great to be able to be in the kitchen and still have the visibility to watch my daughter in the pool and serve snacks through the big window. The gate of the complex and home are both electric and you get two sets of keys which are very useful. It has two dining areas which were well ventilated with ceiling fans. The kitchen is well equipped and the house color schemes all blend in very well together. I would love to return to this villa when I visit Las Terrenas again.

Nous étions déjà venus dans cette magnifique villa à deux pas de la plus belle plage de Las Terrenas. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la nouvelle route récemment refaite pour accéder à la villa. Tout le confort y était, un internet très performant, la fibre optique à Las Terrenas, du grand luxe !!! Une TV également dans la chambre matrimoniale avec toutes les chaînes du monde accessibles gratuitement. Un paradis au bout du monde !! L’accueil sur place a été parfait, sérieux et toujours disponibles en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa, chambres spacieuses, salles de bains très modernes et luxueuses, tout le confort nécessaire. L’emplacement est au top ! Des vacances idéales !

Très belle et grande propriété avec tout le nécessaire afin de passer de très belle vacance. Propre, neuf et moderne définisse cette propriété. Les gestionnaires sont constamment disponible s'il y a un problème. Et le tout est réglé en un tour de main. Très sécuritaire et près de la plus belle plage, Las Ballenas. Correctif à apporter au niveau du Wifi mais c'est vraiment tout. Tout le reste est de très bonne qualité. Un endroit spécial.

Nous avons passé une semaine de congés inoubliable entre amis à Las Terrenas. La villa Karibuni est un plaisir, tout est pensé et réfléchi, rien ne manque. Le point stratégique est la terrasse immense qui permet de vivre en extérieur à l'abri du soleil et de la pluie. La piscine et son jacuzzi, un bonheur même sous la pluie !
