Taxi and bus station 2 minutes away. All shops nearby. Free private car park. Very high speed internet via fiber optic 100 mo, television. Kitchen has been changed in November 2021. An imprint of 400 € will be blocked by VRBO on your credit card to cover any probably dommage to the property. It will be unloked latest 14 days after your departure minus any deductions for breakage or other damage. The costs for cleaning fee are 60 €.

Our family of five from Australia (which included three siblings aged 20,18 and 16) enjoyed a wonderful stay in Danielle’s apartment.
Danielle is a wonderful host who is so accommodating. I got my dates mixed up which meant we had to change our original time to meet and Danielle was so kind and was able to meet us at a new time.
The apartment was meticulously clean and had everything you could ever need to look after a family for meals if you want to cook at home.
There are shops within walking distance to grab all your necessary supplies and the train station is also just a few minutes walk.
There are lovely restaurants and bakeries as well as a pharmacy all within close proximity.
The gated complex makes for a very safe stay.
The RER train line gets you straight into the city and is very easy to use. We purchased the Navigo pass which starts each Monday and runs through to Sunday for $30 euro which is the most cost effective way to purchase train passes especially if you arrive in Paris at the beginning of the week.
We absolutely loved our stay in Danielle’s apartment and I would highly recommend to stay here.

A very nice,comfortable property with plenty of space for four of us. The apartment was a short walk to a train station for trips to central Paris and there were plenty of local shops and restaurants too.

Super appartment, very well equipped, plenty of room for the three of us. Excellent location in a really nice area near the river and bois de vincennes, so great local walks and an easy journey into central Paris . Great market down the road and some lovely restaurants round the corner. Everything so convenient. Would certainly come back.

Our first time using VRBO but a very positive one! Danielle's apartment is super clean, comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed. It's in a great location very close to the RER station, which makes it very convenient for trips into the centre of Paris. Nogent-sur-Marne is also a very nice neighbourhood - Danielle and her husband were kind enough to take us for a short walk around the immediate vicinity of the apartment, pointing out the bakery, supermarket and other local amenities all within a short distance. Thank you Danielle for a lovely stay in your apartment, we hope to come back one day!

We spent one week in late November exploring Paris, and decided to rent an apartment instead of staying in a hotel, and it was a great decision. The apartment is conveniently located 15-20 minutes by train (RER A) from Paris in gated community in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The apartment has full kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, etc., living room with TV and dining table, shower (working great) and two bedrooms. One bedroom has two twin sized beds with semi-soft mattresses and the other bedroom has one queen size bed with hard mattress (which I enjoyed). Everything in the apartment was working well. We were using WhatsApp to communicate with the owner, and Danielle was always prompt in responding to all of my questions. We were greeted by Danielle and her husband on our arrival and they showed us how to use the appliances in the apartment, showed us maps and explained how to get to different parts of Paris and Versailles, took us for a walk of the neighborhood to show us how to get to the train station, grocery store (with good selection of vines), fresh market ( open Wednesday, Friday and Sunday ), and an amazing Artisan bakery (wish I could take it home with me! ). Everything is located in 3-5 minutes walking distance. They also let us to check in earlier, because the apartment was already clean and ready for us, which we really appreciate. Overall we had a great experience. Thank you Danielle for sharing your apartment with us.

Check in was simple, meeting with the owners who gave us some tips and advice for getting transport and some places to visit. They were very pleasant and helpful.
Wifi was excellent and very fast. Kitchen is well stocked and modern. The accommodation felt very safe, being in a gated property and we were happy to leave our car in the private car park, whilst using the train and metro to get around Paris.
The RER station is 5 mins away by foot from the property. We bought a Navigo pass for less than 30 euros each which got us around on all trains and metro for a week, including to Disneyland.
There are bars and restaurants in the local area, including a lovely gallette / creperie at the end of the road which we visited once.
Local Carrefour express has the essentials you need, and there are many other small shops to get your essentials in.

A delightful home base.
A few blocks outside Paris proper, this quiet, well-organized, charming apartment provided the perfect home base for our recent five-day visit (at the end of June).
It’s a short walk from the RER A (train) and several buses, the Bois de Vincennes, and the excellent, thrice-weekly Marché de Nogent centre-ville (AKA Nogent Market), where you can get everything from excellent charcuterie, fresh meat and fish, and fine produce, to knickknacks and clothes.
You can also take a stroll down next to the Marne River along the beautiful Promenade Yvette Horner.
Convenient to the post office, a few cafes (brasseries), several small supermarkets and pharmacies, and a decent Boulangerie, Pâtisserie Laure Et Yann.
The building is set back from the street and your neighbors may include families with children. There’s a pleasant set of benches tucked inside a bend in the hedge.
Danielle is an excellent host. If you need a well-set-up apartment and don’t have to be in the absolute center of the action, I can’t recommend this apartment enough.

Very good location
The apartment is in a gated enclosure with parking space if needed. It has a well equipped kitchen, is cool in the heat and is very convenient for travelling into Paris (Navigo Decouverte very useful if you're staying for more than a few days). There are good local shops. Be careful if you are looking at the English version of the website as it does not have all the charging information that is on the French version which is a bit confusing but outside the owner's control)

Ideal für einen Wochenendtrip nach Paris und Umgebung
Wir hatten im Juni 22 einen angenehmem Aufenthalt in Paris.
Wohnung ist sauber und hat alles was man für eine Familie benötigt um sich selbst zu versorgen.
Obwohl die Wohnung etwas außerhalb von Paris liegt, ist sie trotzdem Zentral zur Metro bzw. RER und Bus, sowie alle nötigen Geschäfte sind im Umkreis zu finden.
Wir wurden sehr herzlich Empfangen obwohl wir leider durch das Verschulden der Deutschen Bahn 3 Stunden später ankammen als ursprünglich geplannt war.
Alle Geräte und die Wohnung wurde uns gezeigt und zugleich einen Termin für die Übergabe ausgemacht.
Alles klappe Perfekt und wir können den Gastgeber nur weiterempfehlen Preis Leistung absolut empfehlenswert.
Für den Aufenthalt in Paris empfiehlt sich eine Wochenkarte zu kaufen diese ist aber nur von Montag bis Sonntag gültig.
Wer also z.B. am Freitag, Samstag oder Sonntag anreist macht es keinen Sinn hier muss man sich dann eine Einzelfahrt kaufen kosten Juni 22 2,80€ einfache Fahrt vom Bahnhof bis zur Wohnung.
Die Wochenkarte kostet 27,80€ und man kann dann mit allem Fahren was so üblich ist RER, Metro, Bus und das so oft wie man will.

Heerlijke plek om Parijs te ontdekken, schoon en net appartement dichtbij de RER. Fijn om in een rustige omgeving 'thuis' te komen na een dag drukte in Parijs. We komen zeker terug!

Verkehrsgünstig und ruhig gelegene Wohnung
Der Emfang vom Ehepaar Speisser war sehr herzlich. Der kurze Rundgang zur Orientierung in die unmittelbare Umgebung, hat uns sehr gefallen.
Die Wohnung selbst ist mit allem, was benötigt wird, ausgestattet und ist mit vielen Details sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Auch der Parkplatz auf dem Innenhof der Anlage, hat uns überzeugt.
Wir selber haben den Bus 114 bis Vincennes benutzt, um von dort direkt in die Metrolinie 1 zu steigen. Auch der in nur wenigen Gehminuten entfernt liegende Bois de Vincennes bietet viel Entspannung..

Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, um Paris zu erkunden! Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, ruhige Wohnung, gute Ausstattung, gute Betten (bis auf das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer vielleicht , welches eher ein „Notbett“ ist), sicherer Parkplatz, Erholungsgebiet, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und RER in der Nähe - was will man mehr! Wir würden sofort wiederkommen! :-)

Sehr gerne wieder - perfekter Ort für die Familie, um Paris zu erkunden
Die Wohnung liegt in einem Vorort von Paris, östlich der Innenstadt.
Sie ist perfekt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Bus, RER) angebunden. Die Innenstadt ist in 15 min - 25 min zu erreichen.
Auch mit dem Fahrrad kann man in die Stadt fahren (Leihräder am RER-Bahnhof) oder aus der Stadt zurück radeln. Hat alles super geklappt.
Die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein - alles sehr sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gute Kommunikation und individuelle Absprache möglich! Sehr gutes Deutsch!
Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist sehr gut, die Ausstattung mit Handtüchern und Bettwäsche ist auch sehr gut - alles frisch und sauber und genügend vorhanden - wirklich schön.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est très agréable, soigné et très propre. Danielle et son mari sont très gentils et disponibles. La proximité de la station RER est très appréciable (2 minutes à pieds). Quartier très calme et à deux pas du bois de Vincennes.

Beautiful, Clean, Convenient & Peaceful
Loved our week in this comfortable, meticulously clean and well-appointed 2-bedroom apartment. While we were visiting family in Nogent sur Marne, the flat's location very near the RER and major bus routes made getting into Paris and out to the airport very convenient. Proximity to an enormous park with many walking paths and to restaurants and shops made our stay even more special. Thank you!

Toller Urlaub in toller Wohnung
Wir (2 Erw.+2 Kinder) waren 1 Woche in Paris und diese voll ausgestattete Wohnung war der ideale Ausgangspunkt dafür! Herr und Frau Speisser haben uns sehr herzlich in der Wohnung begrüßt und uns eine Einweisung in sämtliche Elektrogeräte und sogar eine kleine Führung zu den Geschäften des täglichen Bedarfs in der Umgebung gegeben. Bäcker, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und RER-Station sind innerhalb von 5 min fußläufig zu erreichen. Mit der RER A ist man ca in 15-20min im Zentrum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Vielen Dank!

Kleine ruhige Wohnung, 15 Bahnminuten ins Zentrum
Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern in Paris und haben die Wohnung morgens und abends als Basis genutzt und täglich in die Innenstadt gefahren. Dazu haben wir uns die Navigo-Wochenkarte besorgt. Rundherum gibt es es in fünfminütiger Entfernung alle wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Apotheke, Supermarkt). Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt, sauber und gemütlich. Das Sofa fanden wir zum Sitzen etwas leicht, aber da wir eine sehr kleine leichte Isomatte für unser jüngstes Kind dabeihatte und diese ins Kinderzimmer gelegt haben, hat ohnehin niemand im Wohnzimmer übernachtet. Sehr gute Küchenausstattung, winziges Bad und Toilette getrennt (bei mittelgroßer Familie ja nicht unwichtig). Die Gastgeber waren bei der An- und Abreisezeit flexibel und sehr freundlich. Achtung: Im Mietvertrag auf Kaution und Endreinigung achten. Leider waren wir nicht mehr im Bois de Vincennes. Wir können die Wohnung insgesamt absolut weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Paris ganz unkompliziert
Wir wurden durch die Vermieter sehr herzlich empfangen. Alle Fragen wurden gerne beantwortet. Sehr angenehm war es für uns, dass die Vermieter sehr gut deutsch gesprochen haben.
Das Appartement ist in ruhiger Lage mit einem Privatparkplatz in einem Vorort von Paris gelegen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht inkl. Spül- und Waschmaschine. In nur 5 Minuten erreicht man die RER (=S-Bahn), mit der man schnell und unkompliziert nach Paris kommt. Vor Ort gibt es alles, was man benötigt, von Supermarkt über Bäcker und ein paar leckere Restaurants bzw. Brassieren. Im nahe gelegenen Bois de Vincennes kann man schön spazieren gehen oder auch mit dem Ruderboot fahren.
Ein sehr gelungener Paris Aufenthalt, den wir jedem empfehlen können. Vielen Dank!

Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Paris.
Die Wohnung ist in einen Vorort von Paris verkehrstechnisch sehr gut angebunden, wenige Minuten von Autobahn A4 und wenige Gehminuten von der RER Station. Wir (Familie) sind die ganze Woche nur U-Bahn gefahren. Familie Spiesser ist sehr nett und gibt am Anfang eine kurze Einweisung zur Wohnung und Umgebung - vielen Dank dafür! Sehr ruhige Lage, Pkw Stellplatz im Innenhof, Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants sind alles in unmittelbarer Umgebung zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr zu empfehlen: Sehr ruhig, gepflegt und optimale Lage
Die FeWo ist gemütlich, gepflegt und mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Sie bietet eine sehr gute Basis für einen Städtetrip. Für den Weg zur RER Station benötigt man 5 Minuten. Nach weiteren 15 Minuten Fahrzeit ist man mitten in Paris.
Wir haben mit unserer 14-jährigen Enkeltochter 6 Tage in dieser schönen und ruhigen Wohnung verbracht und waren über unsere Auswahl sehr froh. ( Es ist wesentlich angenehmer mehr Platz als in einem Hotelzimmer zu haben.
Schon die Buchung erwies sich auf Grund des freundlichen Kontaktes und der perfekt deutsch sprechenden Inhaberin als angenehm und problemfrei.
Wir wurden von den Eheleuten Speisser sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung wurde gezeigt; alle E-Geräte ausführlich erklärt. Danach wurde gemeinsam mit uns ein kleiner Rundgang durch die nähere Umgebung unternommen, um uns zu zeigen, wo die RER-Station ist, wo sich Supermärkte befinden und einige Restaurants.
Die Matratzen sind gut und wir haben wunderbar geschlafen.
Nach einem ausgefüllten und anstrengenden Tag, freut man sich auf die sehr ruhige Unterkunft. Es sind weder Verkehrslärm noch Geräusche anderer Hausbewohner wahrzunehmen. Wir wohnen selbst vor einem Naturschutzgebiet und haben diese Ruhe nicht erwartet. Man könnte sich komplett selbst versorgen, da die Küche alles bietet.
In den umliegenden Restaurants kann man allerdings auch in allen Preislagen sehr gut speisen.
Fazit: Sollten wir noch einmal Paris bereisen wollen, würden wir selbstverständlich gerne wieder hier buchen.
Nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön an Familie Speisser, auch dafür, dass wir am Abreisetag wesentlich länger in der Wohnung bleiben konnten, als vorgesehen.
