About this villa rental
This contemporary villa sits directly on an idyllic private white sandy beach – among the best of the island - fronting one of the most beautiful turquoise lagoons of Mauritius. It is located in an unspoilt and authentic area of the island, rich in history – yet close to local amenities – and is ideal for nature lovers and ecotourism. From the beach, you can admire the dramatic surrounding mountains and neighbouring small islands, including Aigrettes Island, a nature reserve for very rare birds and endemic plants. The villa was renovated and decorated to a high standard, with all modern amenities, and is spread over three floors. The ground floor features a lounge dining room, which opens out to a terrace overlooking the beach, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a utility room. The first floor comprises two ensuite double bedrooms with an adjoining terrace opening onto the beach and the sea and 2 further bedrooms: one with 2 single beds and the other with a bunk bed. The spacious master bedroom and bathroom span over the 2nd floor. It opens on to a terrace where you can enjoy panoramic views of the lagoon. Above all, the villa and its location combine to offer a tranquil environment especially for those looking to experience the real beauty of Mauritius free from commercial influences.
The housekeeper is at your disposal should you wish to sample traditional Mauritian dishes.
Guests may also gain access to some of the leading 5 star hotels’ restaurants.
Departure for full-day / sunset / dinner cruises on catamaran is from nearby places.
To explore the island at your own pace, chauffeur-driven car may also be arranged at extra cost.

I can highly recommend this property. It was beautiful and in a perfect location. Robert and Maita were fantastic hosts. A big thank you also to Azarya who looked after us abd cooked us amazing Mauritian food.

Maison superbe sur une plage magnifique. Denise est une perle, elle nous prépare de délicieux repas et rend notre séjour inoubliable.
Robert, le propriétaire est très accueillant et très sympathique.

Quel bonheur ces quelques jours passés dans la villa. Endroit idéal pour des vacances reposantes dans cette région de l’île qui reste l'authenticité même de Maurice.
Denise a été adorable et nous la remercions encore pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et ses qualités de cuisinière. Babou nous a régalé avec ses poissons et Jean-Marc nous a fait découvrir encore des merveilles.
Nous y reviendrons certainement

Une maison très agréable et très fonctionnelle.Lieu idéal avec des enfants.Possibilité de voir avec masque et tuba de très beau poissons sur la plage vers la gauche;nous avons pu observer pleins d'étoiles de mer le matin.
Vacances inoubliables aussi par l'excellente cuisine de Denise. Elle nous a cuisiné une cuisine typiquement mauricienne avec les poissons frais que nous a apporté Babou tous les matins ( pieuvre, calamars, capitaine....)Rien que d'y penser, nous en salivons encore.
Denise est une personne d'une gentillesse et qui se met en 4 pour nous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible.
Coin très tranquille .
Si nous avons l'occasion, nous reviendrons dans la maison de Monsieur Rivalland.
