*From October 2025 through 2026, WaterSound Compass Point will undergo major exterior refurbishment. Residents and guests should expect construction, boarded windows, limited balcony and garage access, and possible parking disruptions. These safety measures are essential for project completion.
*Unfortunately due to HOA rules the guest will not be able to rent Low-Speed Vehicles and will not be able to bring their own Low-Speed Vehicle.
*Weddings or parties/groups of people or guest of guest are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and Callista by 360 Blue fines.

The condo is beautiful, well decorated, comfortable, and the location is perfect. During our stay the AC broke, the dishwasher didn’t work, one of the toilets didn’t work properly, and the coffee pot didn’t work. Things break from time to time and that is completely understandable. The management company, 360 Blue, was not on top of things. We were told day after day that we would hear from them by the end of the day but we never did. The lack of professionalism and communication was completely unacceptable. Having stayed in Watersound on many occasions this was a huge disappointment. We were given a partial reimbursement for all of the problems during our stay but only after leaving several messages and emails without any response.
To sum things up I would absolutely recommend this condo as long as it was no longer managed by 360 Blue.
