沒有提供早餐，但服務員在我退房那天說有多一份早餐，並送我一份。
服務員十分健談，願意分享相關訊息。
位置真的非常好，跟小吃名店非常接近，離台東夜市走路６分鐘可抵達。
如果不介意狹窄，或是不介意些微噪音，只是想找個地方睡一晚，可以考慮。
住在一樓靠近停車場的房間。基本上問題有四：
1) 聲音干擾：夜晚會有敲擊聲，走道聲音有點大聲。
2) 房門缺乏維護：房門生鏽嚴重。另外不好開關，房門會卡住。
3) 有煙味：有煙味從冷氣孔飄進來。
4) 價格：設備非常簡單，甚至簡陋，會因此覺得價格偏高。但位置極佳也極便利，就看你怎麼取捨。

繁華街の中にあるのに部屋は静かでした。ロケーションがいい、夜市、スーパー、無印等歩いてすぐです。
フロントの女性方がでした。ロビーでコーヒーお茶頂きました。
宿泊した部屋は、バスタブ、窓無かったです。
宿泊代金は、周りと比べてリーズナブルです。

地點位置很好，整條街都很熱鬧，用餐方便，但是停車位置偏少
熱水器的溫度很難控制，很容易過燙或溫度太低，如果夏天可以直接洗冷水，但冬天就比較困擾
