広くて清潔、長期滞在にもgood

部屋が広くてのびのび出来た。毎日掃除してくれるので清潔、タオルがバスタオル、フェイスタオル、ハンドタオル、プール用と各種用意してあってとてもよかった。

周りに何もないので、コンビニに行くにもちょっと歩く

Nach dem neuen Zimmer haben wir uns dann schlussendlich doch sehr wohl gefühlt.

keine Bewertung, da kein Frühstück angeboten wird.

Bei Ankunft wurde uns ein Zimmer zugeteilt, welches nicht in Ordnung war. Fenster total verdreckt, Handtücher schmutzig, Kühlschrank defekt, Badezimmer schmutzig, Balkon dreckig und sehr klein. Nachdem wir nachts um 23.00 Uhr insgesamt 8 Zimmer angesehen haben, konnten wir schließlich ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Pool nehmen, welches auch sauber war. Der Pool klein, sehr kalt, aber sauber.

I would absolutely stay here again. I wish the location was 10 minutes closer to Pattaya beach.

The pictures do it justice.

The wifi was not working so I had to have someone at the front desk set me up with the hotels wifi. It was no big deal just a little hassel on the first day. But they took care of it that's all that mattered.

Отель находится в удалении от дороги. Номер и ванная достаточно просторные, светлые. Подойдет для любителей тишины. Хорошие подушки, халаты и зонт. Уборка номера на 4 из 5. Стабильный хороший вайфай. Из живности - только кошка на бассейне.

Ориентация здания сделана просто бездарно- бассейн всегда находится в тени. Позагорать и покупаться здесь не получится. На фото номера отфотаны как апартаменты , в них есть кухня, но персонал не разрешает вам ею пользоваться. Мы были в шоке, когда заселялись , так как выбирали отель с учетом кухни, чтобы готовить для маленького ребенка,которому сложно каждый день найти еду в местных кафе(до которых еще надо дойти). Считаю, что это вводит в заблуждение постояльцев. Цена за проживание завышена.

Great value for money hotel but a little bit out of the way

I would have given it a 10 but it’s a little out of the way, you need a car or a scooter or like walking ! But great value for money and very nice rooms and staff , good gym, biggish pool. I’d stay here again because it’s quiet and I’ve got a car.

Little bit far away from everything but I mean not to far 15 mins drive to jomtien. Probably about the same to Pattaya , 5 mins drive to 7/11 Pool is a bit cold as it doesn’t really get any sun but kids liked it, in hindsight I’d have put the pool roof top!!!!! Would have been perfect!

Если бы были электромобили, которые бы курсировали между отелем и оживленной трассой, было бы замечательно.

Чисто, красиво, современно. Очень спокойно. Чистый воздух!

Я была с машиной, поэтому неудобств не испытала, но людям без машины стоит приготовиться к постоянной зависимости от такси. Пешком до моря и других интересных мест далековато.

Non è un hotel e una FOGNA

Non mi è piaciuto niente ,mi anno fatto pagare la tessera per aprire la porta dì Euro 50, in 15 giorni la mia camera e stata pulita solo 3 volte , pulita da schifo!! , le lenzuola non sono mai state cambiate, materasso con molle che uscivano dal materasso, bagno che puzzava di fogna. Alla reception non c'era mai nessuno, piscina sporca di colore nero....... Questo non è un hotel e una fogna

Size of room is good building is five years old room is pretty clean

AC went out took them five days to fix replacement room not private Forgot key in the room was haggled never had that happen before , they locked the second entrance to the second building I’m still not sure why

Exceptional

Very cozy apartment, big comfortable bed. There is a great lounge zone with coffee and cookies. Good Wi-fi . Very nice and helpful staff.

Nice room but corridor walk way wasn't clean

The hotel name was confusing with another accommodation with a similar name to this one. I was supposed to book the other one but turned out to be this one.

Hard to find the hotel due to the confusion.

Really nice big clean room, great staff, super friendly. The bathroom and kitchen are huge . To be honest the room is perfect.

Location isn't so great, but if you have a car or motorbike , no problem. it's just 2mins drive from the main road.

I would recommend this place for a peaceful vacation

- Very peaceful atmosphere, only once there was a loud party until late; - Good cleaning, though from the start we didn’t have soap, so had to ask them to refill; - Comfortable bed and pillows, I had the best sleep there; - Spacious place; - The room is fresh with new furniture. I would recommend this place for stay.

- Wifi wasn’t working and it was a big problem for us. We asked the lady-manager downstairs to give us other wi-fi passwords couple of time, but she refused. Also in the beginning when we arrived in the hotel, we asked her to see the room first, but she said “it’s not possible”, which is absolutely nonsense for a hotel. To be honest, I would leave after this attitude if I wasn’t so tired. I also have an allergy on certain smells and sometimes it’s very serious if it starts. Because of that I asked her that we have cleaning only when we are inside the room, but of course she didn’t help us with that either and the cleaning happened when we weren’t in the room. - Smell of smoke from the balconies downstairs; - Loud bikes downstairs at night when windows are opened(we were on the 3 floor, from the parking side); - Not much of the kitchen utilities: 1 spoon, 1 fork, no knife and couple of plates; - Location

Great value for money if you know Pattaya/have transport

great rooms, lovely cool pool, nice space to bring your own food.

The property’s location is only really suitable for people who know the area/and or have own transport. Not for first timers on foot.

Very poor

Bright, new rooms. Away from continuous noise of Pattaya main & side streets. Good toilet seats. Perfect shower water pressure and temperature. Double air-conditioner in the room. Comfortable bed & pillows. High quality amenities (yes, even the shampoo and shower gel is higher quality than most other hotels. Very kind room cleaning staff. You can't even hear them working in the room. Even how they touch things is gentle. Perfect!

In all photos the electric stovetop in kitchen is clearly visible but the power to the unit is disconnected and no pans are provided so you will not use it. I find this a little bit false advertisement as when you see the photos you naturally think that you will be able to cook at least omlette in your room for breakfast, and you agree upfront to pay a premium for the room thinking you will get the service. In my case i agreed to pay almost double of what i was paying for my previous hotel room, but i ended up not getting a stovetop (despite photos) even i offered to use it only for cooking eggs in the morning. The second most disappointing issue for me was continuous, endless noise coming from my neighboring room. Now, the noise insulation between rooms is surprisingly bad. Almost everything in the hotel is nice, but the noise insulation between rooms is almost non-existent. It turned out that they rented my neighboring room to a teenager girl for very long term. The hotel in fact did their best by offering to change my room: we can change your room, if you want. So from that perspective, we can say that yes, they offered a solution to the problem. But i still want to share my view about the that issue: There are some specific type of people who doesn't fit to be a guest in public places like hotels. This is a hotel, and in every hotel there will be guests who are very quiet, there will be guests who will be listening music or tv loud, it's a mix of different people. In most cases you kindly tell the person to be a little bit quieter, they understand, they say "oh, sorry" and you continue. This is in fact common. The problem is with very few people who doesn't care at all what you say, and who continue their noise several hours a day, sometimes until 5 a.m. in the morning. I know that it's a hotel, and there will be several different types of people. I'm not expecting any hotel to be as quiet as a library :) But..

pleasant stay

was a lovely place, modern, clean and tidy. room was very spacious and the bed was so comfy

little bit out the way, 20 min walk to the beach which we don’t mind but probably isn’t for everyone and the pool in always in the shade so we didn’t use it unfortunately

Excellent stay. Big and clean rooms with all facilities.

Excellent experience. Specially the hotel staff was so nice. The guy "Love " on reception was so polite and helping. Even I just booked this hotel for 1 night but i extend one more night. Rooms were so big, neat and clean. Toilet seat was American electric. So even when you poo you will enjoy that too :P
