The coffee options were accommodating and the breakfast had various Sicilian options that included pastries, fruit, yogurt, cereal, but my favorite were the cheese & tomato sandwiches with olive oil. The host insisted that we take some sandwiches with us each day (she provided foil and a plastic bag) which was perfect for a snack on the beach
Parking was an additonal charge; however, it was well worth it since parking is a challenge in the area.

Una recensione che nasce dal cuore.. Francesca e Giuseppe sono persone meravigliose. Accoglienti e simpatiche. Il soggiorno da loro é stato perfetto. La struttura é incantevole, a pochi passi dal centro di San vito e con una vista suggestiva. Si vede che mettono passione e attenzione ai dettagli per rendere gli ospiti "a casa". La camera ha un piccolo frigo ma é possibile usare anche quello comune. Se sprovvisti di ombrellone, hanno i lasciti di chi é passato prima di noi ( ottimo se si viaggia solo con bagaglio a mano ! ). La colazione é super : Francesca prepara dolci e pane cunzato buonissimi.. impossibile svegliarsi senza. Consigliato vivamente.

We loved everything! We arrived really late and Francesca was really accommodating and helpful. Breakfasts were great, the terrace was lovely and the room had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with the town centre and beach within easy walking distance.

the place has a good location, a beautiful view from the roof, and is clean too.
on my wife's birthday Francesca (hosts wife) made a delicious tiramisu, and some caprese and snacks for breakfast
the photos are misleading, there is no kitchen (it has been removed) and the host would repeatedly refuse to provide any basic utensils like plates or bowls. also the breakfast is very sad, consisting of old corn flakes and cheap store bought sandwiches, not like the pictures at all. we had only booked this place because of the kitchen. If not for Francesca we would have given 2/10 for the lack of communication, misleading fotos, unaccommodating host.
