Superb

It was at a great location for a good price. At first we booked studio apartment, but when we realized that it was to small for us we were able to upgrade to a bigger apartment for the fair price. The staff was always polite and extra helpful

Might be noisy at mornings if your window is on the inside yard, I think due to garbage collection.

Good

The location was great. The check-in process was easy - there's a code for entrance door and a key in a lockbox. The apartment had everything for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfy. I didn't really hear any neighbors and the outside noise didn't bother me - windows were isolating the sound well.

I stayed for 2 weeks and there were only 2 toilet paper rolls left. The shower was overflowing with water. Also it was generally clean but you could sew that the edges haven't been cleaned in long time. There was a washing machine, which was nice, but it was all grimey around the rubber seal so I had to clean it before using it. The matress protector was not quite clean - after removing sheets I saw multiple hair strands that definitely were not min. I also didn't feel safe leaving my important belongings, like my computer, during the day as the room door didn't feel very safe. The door is like regular room door, not like outside doors for an apartment and it locks with a low security key with just one turn. If someone would want to enter it would take less than a minute to break that door. Nothing happed but it did not make me feel entirely safe.

The size of the apartment was spacious

In need of doing up The inner courtyard…..if that’s what you call it, was just a yard and didn’t have any lights so was pitch black of an evening

Basic accommodation in a good location

A specious apartment in a very good location.

Everything is the apartment is very basic. The mattress was very soft, and extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom is ultra smelly, and needs deep cleaning urgently. What’s more - the key to the apartment is a joke.

The apartment itself is comfortable

The host didnt inform about hot water maintenance in advance, because they “didnt know” apparently, when even the cleaning lady said that the notice was given one week ago. The host just said sorry and let me know how can i help you and proceeded to not respond until we checked out even though we wrote to him on Booking and called. In the end they said they will ask booking for 10% discount. That is after 6 people didnt have hot water for 1 and a half days out of 2 days of our trip

Nice place to stay.

Apartment looked quite nice, not very high quality renovation, but good enough. It had well equipped kitchen. The place was comfortabely close to the city center. There were places to eat and shops nearby. The elevator is a cool expearience itself (if you're into historic stuff). Contactless check-in/check-out.

It was quite hot as there was a heatwave.. There was only one blanket on the double bed, it was a little problematic for the kids.

It was ok but a bit dissapointing

The property is clean and accessible to the city.

They gave us a rooftoop apartment. It does look like a haunted house, I cannot sleep at night. The water under the sink is leaking and the property owner doesn't care about the property problem even know he knows about it. Neighbors are so loud and it's disturbing our sleep. My biggest disappointment is the lack of water supply in the building. Every morning you don't get water. Furthermore there are lots of pillars in the room it feels like in horror movie.

The hosts were really kind and responded to every request and solution in case of need, the apartment is located quite close to the center

The apartment is located in front of a bar that is open until the wee hours of the night, and on some nights the voices of the people were really loud so that I had to call the police on several occasions. The only thing that was missing was an oven The hosts have several apartments in the same building, it is important to note before booking which apartment you are booking.

Big like :)

The apartment looked really nice, bright and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. And those high ceilings were awesome. The location was also very good, Old Town and the center were nearby. Ideal for the families (3-4 members).

There could have been an extra blanket, some pillows and a pan lid. It was a bit noisy outside, so we couldn't let the window stay opened for the night.

good place for family with kids

it was very spacious apartment in central place of Riga. many shops and restaurants around but at same time very quiet as windows were facing back yard. they had washing machine (with complementary powder in case you need it) and fully equipped kitchen (with complementary coffee and tea). clear instructions how to get to apartment with key in the box so we did could arrive late.

some equipment requires maintenance.

Wonderful apartment in Riga

Spacious. Had everything you could need for a short apartment stay. Laundry machine had soap provided. Shower was large. Plenty of storage space for clothes. Great kitchen. Super easy access to city center and public transportation. Comfortable bed.

The kitchen didn’t have bowls. Probably not an issue very often here, but the unit does not have air conditioning.

Location great with 1+ km walking distance to old city. Clean apartment, basic apartment accessories were present. Nice shops, food stores very near the apartment.

Weird hippie commune partying until 1:00 in the street between appartment and opposite house 20 meters from apartment window. The room key was not in the keybox when arrived and we had to call and wait for the key in the house corridor for 15 min, but anyway it was settled by personnel quickly. Pretty much trafic noise from the street, the room window was pointing to street.

Different apartment than is on photos (was in worse conditions than the one on photos), flocks of birds sitting on windows screeching their hearts out make it hard to sleep from 4 am, from 6am workers begim their job and will deny you your sleep even more. The worst part was rusty bath, the toilet was nonstop loading water into its magazine.
