We stayed as a party of two, and the room had both a double bed and a bunk bed, which made our stay very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of cooking utensils and seasonings, so it was also easy to prepare our own meals. The property manager lives next door, so we were able to ask for help whenever we had any questions.
If I had to mention one minor issue, it would be that the way to use the key was a little confusing at first. However, they explained it to us straight away, so it caused us no inconvenience at all.

Good location for south Cornwall if traveling by car. Very quiet and close to Paar Sands beach. The owner is very close and easily available to address any questions or issues. The place offers a feeling of being closer to nature and offers good privacy that is hard to find in hotels.yiubget a dedicated parking place as well
4 Adults would be a stretch for this place. It is good for families with younger children who also want to cook a meal or two on their own.

The host was very friendly and welcoming. The cottage was cozy, warm, and comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen were very very equipped. It was also a lovely touch that the host had prepared fresh milk in the fridge, which was perfect for making a cup of milk tea in the morning.

Shower was hot, plenty of towels, nice welcome pack
Sofa broken on one side, so very uncomfortable to sit on... loads of cobwebs throughout. Dirty tv faulty dvds.
