The villa is located in a very quiet village Grabovac, where you can have an absolute peaceful & relaxing holiday with everything being only a 30 minutes drive.The villa is surrounded by mountains and has fantastic sunsets. Entertainment area in the attic comes with own bar, sound system and poker table. Possibilities to make own wine – harvesting and preparation, as well as tasting. Privacy, ambiance, mild temperature during summer, easy accessibility from the highway. We recommend renting a car to get around and visit the area. Within easy reach of the house you will find beaches (25 km), sailing, boat hire, fishing, horse-riding, cycling and walking. Supporting facilities for leisure: parking for 10 cars, eco pool with fountain and waterfall (without chemicals)

Villa Olka is perfect for large groups of family or friends.We were a family group of 11 adults and teenagers.We had a friendly welcome on arrival by the owners Dundo and Sonja who cooked us a delicious pre arranged meal on arrival .
It is a characterful, comfortable family home with space for everyone.There was plenty to entertain at the villa with a lovely pool ,pool room ,darts ,boule ,skittles and gym.
It was nice to be in a peaceful mountain area.The Cetina river was nearby with rafting and canyoning,great fun.
The coast was a 20-30 minute drive, pretty harbour towns with beautiful beaches.

My family and I had a wonderful week staying at Villa Olka, starting with a lovely welcome meal cooked by the team. This Villa is arranged in such a way that even with a large group there is always somewhere quiet to escape on your own, highly recommend booking this property if you want peace and quiet and luxury living.

We had a fabulous family holiday here with all ages. The villa is in a wonderful peaceful location in the mountains with views from the pool down the valley. There is plenty of space and activities for everyone to join in or escape from. A fabulous BBQ and eating area in the evening for all to get together. The villa was clean and well maintained and an excellent meal prepared on our arrival.
