At mt. 600 from the sea is the Res. "CLUB", one of the greenest and quietest areas of the Lido delle Nazioni, characterized by the uniformity of the type of villas, all on the ground floor with large corner gardens, for a relaxing holiday in complete freedom.
The house is completely renovated (spring 2018) and consists of: living room with single sofa bed (112 x 195), separate kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower box and hair dryer.
Equipped with all comforts: TV-SAT, air conditioning with heat pump, washing machine, safety gates, mosquito nets, high fence around the perimeter.
Free internal parking space also for 2 cars.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Lage. Die Anlage ist frisch renoviert, hell und sauer. Der Garten ist ziemlich groß und bietet guten Sichtschutz zu allen Seiten. Alle Haushaltsgeräte sowie Klimaanlage und Grill sind gut in Schuss.
Das einzige Negative: kein WLAN im Haus (nur bei der Agentur) und keine deutschen TV-Sender.
Der Vermieter / Agenturmitarbeiter waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier wirklich sehr genossen.
