We had such a great time in Ca Mary. Love it: The peace, view and majestic garden. Waking up with the sounds of the birds, and at night watching the sky full of stars. The characteristic Italian house is comfortable and stays cool all the time. Annamaria is a lovely, friendly and helpful hostess. Hope to come back!

The view from this hillside retreat was amazing! Waking up in the morning to the birds singing through the windows was a perfect start to the day before heading out to busier areas. The town of Lerici and castle were fun to explore and a short train ride to explore the sites of the Cinque Terre. AnnaMaria was very friendly and helpful, meeting us at the house and showing us around. It is a country home so don’t expect the amenities of a hotel resort, but if a quiet time in the country is what you’re looking for you’ll find it here. A short walk up the street you’ll find ancient ruins - Menhir di monte Caprione, which was an unexpected treat to explore.

Proprietà in zona molto tranquilla non troppo lontana da Lerici. La casa risulta essere un pò datata ma molto pulita e accogliente. qualche piccolo aggiornamento sarebbe necessario per renderla più appetibile. Data la posizione, non propriamente vicino al mare, una vasca idromassaggio sarebbe stata molto apprezzata così come una lavastoviglie. Nel complesso è stata una esperienza positiva grazie anche alla disponibilità del nostro host. Con i piccoli accorgimenti suggeriti diventerebbe una valutazione a 4 stelle. in ogni caso una vacanza da ripetere. grazie Annamaria per la disponibilità e la cortesia.

Agréable séjour sur les hauteurs de Lerici
Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire (merci pour le bois de la cheminée). La maison est ancienne, la cuisine et sdb sont petites, mais tout est très propre. Bon emplacement pour rejoindre Lerici et Tolero. Nous avons également rejoins la gare de La Spezia (à 20min) pour visiter les Cinq Terres. Pour les enfants, le jardin est grand, très bien entretenu et l'ensemble est clos.

Settimana a Lerici
Abbiamo trascorso una settimana piacevole e rilassante. La casa è pulita ed abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per il ns. soggiorno. E' vicina a tutte le località turistiche che si raggiungono veramente in pochi minuti di macchina.
Ottimo anche per fare delle passeggiate, il clima è sempre ventilato e abbiamo trovato ristoro anche nelle giornate più calde. I proprietari sono due persone veramente squisite, disponibili e attente alle esigenze del cliente.

Vacanza mare-monti
Vacanza rilassante in mezzo al verde, a 5 minuti in auto dal centro e dalle spiagge di Lerici. La casa è confortevole e pratica: ci si adatta immediatamente. Essa é ubicata in una posizione molto bella, con un panorama spettacolare, soprattutto dopo il tramonto. Dopo una giornata trascorsa in spiaggia sotto il sole, è un piacere rientrare a casa , dove ci sono sempre un venticello ed una temperatura gradevoli. I proprietari sono persone molto cordiali e disponibili e ci hanno fatto sentire come se fossimo a casa nostra. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo!!!!

La nostra esperienza in Cà Mary è stata molto soddisfacente.
L'ampio spazio esterno garantisce spazio auto, possibilità di organizzare pasti all'aperto e attività in giardino (molto ben tenuto e fornito).
Anche l'interno offre tutti i comfort necessari per riprendersi dopo giornate intense alla scoperta della costa ligure.
Propietaria molto disponibile e accogliente, presente per ogni necessità.

Ottimo soggiorno
La villetta è pulita e accessoriata come da annuncio. Avendo un cane di taglia medio grande abbiamo molto apprezzato gli spazi del giardino e il fatto che la casa è completamente recintata. La casa risulta fresca e non è mai stato necessario utilizzare il condizionatore. Ottima la possibilità di mangiare all'aperto sotto il pergolato. Letti molto comodi. Annamaria e il marito sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Li ringraziamo per averci fatto trovare caffè, frutta e acqua fresca come benvenuto e per averci dato ottimi consigli su come muoverci e dove andare a mangiare.

Schöner Garten und tolle Lage
Das freistehende hübsche Ferienhaus liegt schön ruhig und sonnig in einer kleinen Ansiedlung ausserhalb von Lerici. In Sarzana (ca. 5 km) ist ein großer Supermarkt und ein Bahnhof. Neben den offensichtlichen touristischen Highlights (Strände von La Versilia, Pisa, Lucca, Cinque Terre alle innerhalb Tagesausflug-Distanz; in der Nebensaison war es noch schön ruhig, in der Hochsaison ist es höchstwahrscheinlich komplett überlaufen) kann man ab der Haustüre ein bisschen durch die Hügel und Städtchen wandern, was viel Spaß macht. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist etwas abenteuerlich aufgrund der kaputten Straße. Wir sind aber auch mit unserem Bus hochgekommen. Man hat ein bisschen Ausblick auf die Bucht von La Spezia. Der Garten ist sehr schön, liebevoll hergerichtet und nahezu uneinsehbar. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist teilweise ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen (v.a. das Sofa und der laute Kühlschrank). Das Bad und die Küche sind klein aber für ein paar Tage Urlaub ausreichend und wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Schönes Haus, tolle Lage, freundliche Vermieter
Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet alles, was wir (4 Personen und ein Hund) brauchten, auch wenn wir deutlich mehr Zeit im liebevoll angelegten Garten verbracht haben :)
Annamaria und ihr Partner haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und waren immer ansprechbar bei Fragen.
Dazu kommt die wirklich phantastische Umgebung - für die Erkundung von Lucca, Pisa oder die Cinque Terre und und und waren die 10 Tage eigentlich viel zu kurz.
Wir kommen gern nochmal wieder!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, verbrachten eine Woche in Cà Mary.
Ferienhaus und Garten sauber, erholsam und italienisch - es entsprach den beschriebenen Bildern und dem was wir uns vorgestellt haben. Platz hatten wir mehr als genug. Wir konnten sehr gut schlafen (Dank einer Klimaanlage im Elternschlafzimmer), Bad/WC waren klein und sauber! Die Küche ist ebenfalls klein, was überhaupt nicht stört, und wir hatten nichts vermisst. In Wohnbereich und Garten konnten wir uns sehr gut aufhalten und erholen. Abenteuerlich, für deutsche Verhältnisse, ist die Anfahrt zum Grundstück. Nachdem man aber die Strecke etwas kannte war auch das kein Thema, zumal in ganz Italien öfter mal die eigenen Fahrkünste getestet werden ;-)

Nice and cozy house in Lerici
We stayed one week in Ca Mary. We loved the house and the privat garden, it is not luxurieus but has a nice character and ambiance. Ca Mary is just a few minutes from Lerici where you find restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops and the beach. Around the house it is serene and paeceful. The place is a perfect base to discover Cinque Terre and the Ligurian coast. Annemaria and here husband are both good and very friendly hosts! They make you feel very welcome! If we are coming back to Lerici we certainly come to Ca Mary.

Superfreundliche Vermieter aber Haus mit Schwächen
Das niedliche Haus mit großem Garten liegt ruhig, aber auch sehr abgelegen auf einem Berg. Ideal zum Wandern.
Nach einem sehr, sehr herzlichen Empfang durch die Vermieterin und einer liebevollen Herrichtung des Hauses (frische Blumen in jedem Raum, Obstschale, sehr sauber) zeigten sich nach dem guten ersten Eindruck doch einige Schwächen. Die winzige Küche ist sehr alt, mit einem völlig zerkratzten Spülstein als einziger Arbeitsfläche, einem kaum zu regulierenden, flammenwerfenden Gasherd und einem aufgrund des Raummangels im Wohnraum stehenden röhrendem und fast dauerlaufendem Kühlschrank, der wahrscheinlich für unseren vergleichsweise hohen Stromverbrauch bei immerhin 80 ct pro KWh (!) verantwortlich war. Auch Geschirr und Küchenutensilien sind sehr alt und erinnern mehr an einen Trödelmarkt, da alle Schränke vollgestopft mit Unmengen Tellern sind. Neben einer unbenutzbar zerkratzten Teflonpfanne (leider in Italien häufig erlebt) gab es nur schwarz angebrannte Töpfe, die wir mit dem zum Glück vorhandenen Stahlschwamm mühsam grundreinigen mussten. Alle Räume des Hauses waren stark dekoriert. Jeder Tisch, jeder Sims, jedes Regal war bedeckt mit Tischdecken, Häkeldeckchen, Dekogegenständen, Kissen und Trockensträußen, die es schwierig machten, die eigenen Sachen irgendwo unterzubringen. Sicherlich war es sehr nett gemeint, eine wohnliche Atmosphäre zu machen, aber es ist einfach zu viel! Die nur 50 cm breite, sehr steile Wendeltreppe ins Obergeschoss dürfte es korpulenteren Menschen oder Urlaubern mit großen Gepäckstücken schwierig machen, diese zu benutzen. Das Bad hatte eine winzige Eck-Duschtasse mit abgebrochener Duschstange und einen nicht dazu passenden Duschvorhang, was es fast unmöglich machte, ohne Überschwemmung zu duschen. Der Toilettendeckel fiel einem beim Benutzen in den Rücken. Alle Türen knarrten und schlossen so laut, dass man aufschreckte, wenn jemand sie nachts benutzte. Die (notwendigen) Mückennetze sind teilweise selbst genäht aus Gardinenstoff und funktionslos, da sie nicht schließen.
Drei der vier Stühle der Essgruppe im Garten waren beschädigt.
Fazit: Ein sehr niedliches, ruhig gelegenes Haus, idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Sehr, sehr nette, herzliche Vermieter. Aber es sollte mal der eine oder andere Euro aus den Mieteinnahmen in die Hand genommen werden, um gerade so wichtige Räume wie Küche und Bad und deren Ausstattung zu modernisieren und neue Gartenmöbel zu kaufen.

Graziosa casetta con giardino sulle colline di Lerici, posto ideale per trascorrere qualche giorno in assoluta tranquillità. La posizione è strategica, sia per raggiungere le Cinque Terre, che per visitare i paesini intorno a Lerici.
Annamaria e suo marito sono stati molto gentili e disponibili, speriamo di poter tornare presto, magari il prossimo anno!

Magnifique séjour et propriétaire très sympathique
Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine à Ça Mary dans une maison très bien équipée au calme avec un jardin très agréable. L endroit est idéal pour découvrir les cinque terre mais aussi la Toscane et avec la plage à 5 minutes en voiture. Ana Maria et Tony ont été très gentils et plein de bons conseils. Noi abbiamo soggiornato per due giorni, eravamo in quattro con un cane, ci siamo trovati stupendamente bene!...
Il posto è incantevole, casa carinissima, bella pulita e dotata di ogni confort, in una oasi di tranquillità, la proprietaria simpatica, disponibile e d'incontro!
Consiglierei a chiunque cerchi un posto rilassante, ma vicino a qualsiasi attrazione una casa come questa!

Lovely vacation home!!!
This holiday home was everything we wished for ! We had a wonderfull 9 days to spend in Lerici.
the location is perfect and realy quiet. The house is rustic and has all you could need inside. The big beautiful garden is defenitly the best thing ever if you travel with a dog like we do !
Annamaria and Toni are very nice people , ready to help you whenever you need. They are always available for questions., easy to talk to and made us feel directly at home in Italy!
Lerici is the perfect location to stay if you want to visit lots of different places (we went to Florence, Pisa, Tellaro , Sarzana, Lucca , La Spezia , Cinque Terre , Portovenere, ....)
The road that leads to the vacation home is very steep but you get used To it in no time!
We loved our vacation at Ca Mary and would recommend this vacation home to everyone !
Dit vakantiehuisje was perfect voor ons en beantwoordde aan al onze wensen ! het huisje is perfect gelegen boven op een berg waar het erg rustig is. De grote tuin is zeker een troef als je met een hond reist zoals wij ! Annamaria en Timo waren héél erg vriendelijk , makkelijk bereikbaar en zorgden ervoor dat we ons meteen thuis voelden in Italië !
de weg naar het huisje is erg stijl maar daar raak je snel aan gewend.
Wij hadden een fantastische vakantie in Ca mary en zouden dit huisje dan ook zeker aanbevelen !

Es war einfach super schön, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt in diesem Naturparadies.
Speziellen Dank an Anna und Toni , Sie sind sehr herzliche Vermieter des Hauses und stehts darum bemüht das man sich wohl fühlt. Wir sind mit unserem Hund angereist und auch Sie wurde überall freundlich empfangen,was uns speziell gefreut hat. La proprietaria è una donna simpatica e molto disponibile, sembra di essere a casa tua in tutti i sensi. Prima vakantiewoning en aardige behulpzame mensen!
Annamaria en Antoni zijn zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen waarmee alles heel soepel geregeld kan worden. Ca Mary wordt bereikt via een steile smalle hobbelige weg. De eerste keer is dat even schrikken maar het went snel. Het is niet voor niets dat je bij aankomst onderaan de weg wordt opgewacht!
Het huis heeft een rustige en vrije ligging en er is een parkeerplaats op eigen terrein achter een elektrisch bediende poort. De carport en tuin zijn zeer ruim! De foto's op de website geven dat goed weer. De afstand tot de baai wordt goed weergegeven door de foto vanaf het balkon (dus niet de eerste foto). Het huis heeft een eenvoudige gezellige inrichting. De keuken is klein maar voldoet.
Het is mogelijk om in ongeveer 45 minuten naar Lerici te lopen maar vanwege de steile afdaling en klim is dit best pittig. Vrijwel altijd zul je gebruik moeten maken van de auto. Boodschappen kun je goed doen in Sarzana op ongeveer 10-15 min. rijden. Er zijn veel bezienswaardigheden in de buurt die je per auto, boot en trein kunt bereiken.
