This place is the perfect base for exploring Hvar —super clean, comfortable, and with such a warm and welcoming host. Nela was available for any and all questions, gave us great recommendations, and was just genuinely very welcoming throughout our stay. She also very kindly picked us up from and dropped us back at the Hvar port, which made arriving and leaving so easy.
And the name, “Top View” really is fitting; the view from the balcony is amazing! We highly recommend booking this place. You’ll be very happy you did!

Top locatie op wandelafstand van Hvar stad. Vanop het terras heb je een adembenemend uitzicht op de Pakleni eilanden.
Nela en haar man zijn super behulpzaam en heel bereikbaar, bij aankomst waren er enkele drankjes op ons aan het wachten alsook was er voldoende koffie en thee aanwezig.

The property is spacious, modern, with all amenities and has spectacular views over the beautiful coastline and islands of Hvar. It was very comfortable and feels homely. You can also walk to Hvar town in 2 directions and it’s very easy and scenic.
There were no negatives as we really enjoyed our time at Top View Residence.

Wunderschönes Apartment, top Aussicht mit zwei grossen Balkons. Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig und voll ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin Nela und ihr Mann waren jederzeit erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich 🤩
