A szoba felújításra szorul,festésre ,pl. zuhanykabin elavult,nem zárt megfelelően az ajtaja,zuhanytálca elhasznált,penészes és a víz nem folyik le csak nagyon lassan.Az ajtók és a klíma is megérett a cserére.
