Cleanliness was excellent and the accommodation was very well equipped throughout. It was perfectly located to allow us to explore the southern and western areas of Cornwall.

- host was really friendly and helpful
- caravan was nice and clean
- security was fantastic with codes and gates
- play area for kids was nice and central
- kitchen utensils were stocked well with everything we needed
- we could barely get any wifi even from the main room
- the bed wasn't very comfortable, and the pillows felt old and could do with replacing
- paying an extra fee for bedding
