Location isn’t too far out from the main part of Ubud, a short 10 min Grab. Local convenience store just next door and some restaurants within walking distance. Atmosphere was very calm, staff were very attentive and friendly and rooms were cleaned every day with a turn down service every evening if needed. We enjoyed the food and the breakfast had a nice variety. I especially enjoyed their chicken tikka masala. The pool area was very relaxing and not very busy at all and had a nice selection of drinks and snacks to order whilst lazing around. We found the resort very pretty, especially the gardens with the fish pond and statues.
The only 2 downsides about the room I would mention would be the fact that the lighting is quite dim, which makes it hard to see to do makeup etc. The bathroom didn’t have much privacy as there was no door, just a wall separating the bedroom and the bathroom so you had to be mindful if someone was in the shower, especially as the wall in front of the shower only had the bottom half with frosted glass. Although you couldn’t really see below the shoulder it was quite unnerving to start with if you’re sharing with family rather than a partner, but don’t feel like this is a reason to not stay here/didn’t spoil our experience. The hotel room was much bigger than expected. We had the pool suite, and the moment the doors to the room opened we were amazed. It was like a mini apartment. We had an extra child bed in the room but it still was very spacious. The staff said this is a brand new hotel and you could see it as everything looked amazing. From the swimming pool to the jacuzzi, the amazing breakfast to order in the morning to the absolutely fabulous and amazing staff that made our stay more than pleasant. I have nothing but positivity for this hotel and it's staff. It's a hidden gem that many people yet haven't discovered. Wow wow wow. Thank you to Adi who checked us in 11pm when we arrived and was there to check us out 3 days later at 12pm. Thank you to yogi who made our final night at the hotel restaurant meal very special with his service. Thank you everyone at Anumana de suite. Please do not get this confused with Anumana hotel which has a similar name.

The rooms are enormous, comfy beds and clean. The location is great if you are happy to be outside of Ubud town (which I was). It’s quiet and only a short trip into town. Walking distance to some lovely cafes and Rendezvous Fitness which was a big plus for me. Drinking water was also replaced daily which was amazing. Very short walk to Circle K. It’s a beautiful setting, lovely pool area for relaxing and very peaceful.
The service was just a bit inconsistent. Face and hand towels were not replaced once used. Towels were not provided at the gym and the ones at the pool were clean but they were old, worn and stained. Turndown was completed two nights but not others, again, these are not major issues but surprising as the staff were so lovely and wanting to please.
