Comfortable bed, nice shower and excellent location! We met the owners (husband/wife team). They were so delightful and very accommodating. We had a really nice overnight stay!
We were on the top floor and the staircase was very old and challenging transporting suitcases.

The locations was excellent being close to Monasiraki station so easy access to catch the train to the airport.
Poor sound insulation from the apartment above . So poor could hear the occupants speaking and footsteps. Thought the location was grotty and seedy from first impression with so much graffiti. Then realised that most of Athens seems to be covered in graffiti!!

Great location
We were very disappointed with this place. First of all, this is not really a hotel. We were given a room/apartment in a separate building away from the main property and bar area. If we had wanted to rent an apartment, we could have found much better options — but this was presented and priced more like a hotel experience.
In reality, there are basically no hotel services at all. We had to manually turn on the boiler and wait about an hour every time we wanted hot water for a shower. Towels were not replaced, the carpet had visible stains, and the overall cleanliness was poor. There wasn’t even a TV in the bedroom.
The whole experience felt misleading, especially because we compared this property to actual hotels when deciding where to stay. I honestly do not understand the high Booking score — maybe people were impressed by the Psiri neighborhood itself, which is indeed lovely, but certainly not by the apartment we received.
At the end of the day, this is just a room in the neighborhood, not a real hotel experience.
